We stopped in to Old Navy today while visiting the Camarillo Outlets looking for some long sleeve t shirts etc. The summer months are soon upon us so not many stores still have long sleeve cotton t shirts. terrible customer service no one in the entire store greeted me. I wanted a matching jogger set. No one was there to assist me ; I observed 2 associates speaking to each other ignoring me. The Old Navy Outlet is a great go to spot for clothing for your growing kids. They have a great kids/toddler section so for your kids who are going through sizes like they're leaves in the wind, this is a great place to stock up without totally breaking the bank. Staff here is fine. They're not in your face and don't always go out of their way to check in on you, but if you have questions, they are friendly and happy to help direct you in the right direction. As far as adult clothing goes, they do have a great selection as well. I just personally use Old Navy more for my kids than for myself so I can't really speak on size/design selection there. I do know my wife likes their jeans, but says this location can be a bit hit or miss for her. In all, if you have kids or if it's just you, this location is a good one to at least check in on. You never know if you're going to find something for great prices. read more

I don't ever shop here anymore but I decided to walk in and see what kind of deals were going on for the new year. This store says outlet but it's actually just a regular old navy with items at normal price with some sales throughout the store. Though the clearance rack is where you'd wanna be and there was a bunch of sale items in the women's section. I came up on this cute ivory jacket in the clearance section which also had an extra sale on top of it, ended up getting a $65 jacket for $12 what a STEAL!! The cash registers are in the middle of the store, on the men's side. Service was great but if you need help on the sales floor I didn't see any employees. Also there's no mirrors anywhere to try on items unless you go to the fitting rooms. read more

Horrible customer service at the Camarillo location. Waited for 15 minutes in line for a pickup order just to be told they do pickup orders in the Fitting Room. The woman at the checkout counter was friendly about it, no issues with her. The girl in the fitting rooms however, absolutely hates her job. Was extremely rude and had an attitude the entire interaction. Didn't catch her name but she had a faded streak of green in her hair. Will most likely just drive to Thousand Oaks or Ventura next time. read more

As a long-time shopper at the Camarillo Outlets, I confess that I don't go as often as I once did. Have lost track of some of the comings and goings of the various stores. For example, I don't know how long Old Navy has been in this particular location tucked into a back corner of the second section developed of the outlet center. I did some good damage there shopping for Christmas last year. Recently, we met our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter at the outlet mall for a bit of power shopping before going out to dinner. This was where I suggested that we meet. Sitting as far back as it does, there tends to be more parking available, and I wanted to be able to stop in to the store. They have brought out their fall merchandise, and there are even some jackets/coats making an appearance already. Given how hot this summer has been, that seems crazy, but time moves quickly in retail. I did take advantage of being ahead of the curve and picked up three plaid flannel shirts while varied sizes are plentiful. At 30% off, they were very reasonable. I interacted with one of the sales associates on the floor, and she was helpful in searching for an item that's passing out of season. The cashier who took care of me at check-out was really friendly, too. All in all, I didn't spend that much time there, but I found five items that will boost my wardrobe now and in the months to come. Once the kids met us, I went back for a walk through with them to enjoy the air conditioning and see some items in different departments. I'll try to remember that this is a good option for reasonably priced gifts. (The holidays will be here before you know it!) I especially like their flannel PJ's for the holiday season. They do such a good job of advertising on TV that you need to plan to order early, though. The cutest styles sell out quickly! read more

Well I went in to shop and the customer service was amazing, but I was suffocating in the store. Not sure what's going on but it was so hot that I was about to pass out in there. Someone please fix this! I barely made it out okay, I started to sweat, and was hyperventilating. I feel bad for the workers that have to work under those circumstances. I love Old Navy! It's where I buy my jeans and all my active wear! I just always find something I like ! I bought a few leggings and a nice blouse. Store is kept organized. Today, they had no jeans my size which was actually great because it stopped me from over spending! Great customer service! The line moved really fast! Walked in a couple minutes before 7pm even though I saw that the store closed at 8pm. They had already turned off half the lights and stopped playing music which seemed strange to me so I asked the young lady working if they closed at 8pm. She replied that they did so I went ahead and started shopping. 20 minutes later around 7:10 I want to try on the clothes I just spent my time looking at. Only to find out they closed the fitting room for the night???? First of all why wouldn't the young lady I asked let me know that. Wasted my time picking out clothes to try on. If you want to close at 7 then close at 7 don't keep your hours until 8 and give bad attitude at anyone who comes in and close the fitting room read more

Everytime i stop by the store is clean and in order. The sales are great and they have a reward points system that works well! Staff is friendly and helpful if you go on a weeekend it might be busy i like going on tuesdays no crowd read more

I like this location and it's the one closest to my work, it's decently organized. IMO there's not as big of a variety as some of the other locations and despite being an outlet store, is the same price as regular old navy. This place is the worst. You spend your time to shop the store and have a handful of clothes and then they close the dressing rooms way before close time! They could announce this over the loud speaker for all the people in the store that would like to try on items before buying- but NO they just don't care. That was a good wasted 40 minutes of my day! Came to shop on Memorial Day gathered my items headed to the fitting room and there was a large apparatus blocking the dressing room. Ask the associate if I could try on my items and was told "the dressing room is closed. ". The associate is standing behind the apparatus folding clothes. I look at my phone. It's 7:25. I asked what time does the store close and she tells me 8 o'clock. "Why is the dressing room closed and why are they flashing the lights in the store ? "You don't close for another 35 minutes. I'll go middle of the road on this review. This is straight up comparing to other Old Navy locations. In my opinion, none of them are over the top organized - clean - friendly - etc. This location doesn't go above and beyond on any of these criteria, straight up middle of the road. Customer service is average. I've never had them go out of their way to be helpful, but they have never been rude either ---- just everything about the Old Navy Outlet experience is, for lack of a better word, ho-hum. Prices are what you would expect, they are pretty much retail, but they do have some good sales (most locations do though - so nothing out of the ordinary). I've been in here plenty of times, don't think I would make it a priority if I was ever back in this area again. If you're already here and have the time --- not a bad place to check out, just don't expect to be wowed. read more

While in the area today seeing customers, I stopped to use a gift card I've had since my birthday. Wow! Great selection and prices! Customer service was great, from the dressing room gal to check out. Nice. The store has plenty of selection. I got a really cute dress for 7 bucks. Two pairs of yoga shorts, and a really nice dark green sweater all for 54.00. I'm not usually big on outlet stores, because they usually aren't any cheaper than the original store. This one was for sure better pricing. I'm and out in 20 minutes. Plenty of parking in a huge lot. I would definitely come again. read more

I don't know why, but the layout of this location is pretty terrible. The items are all over the place and the layout is just not cohesive. I even overheard someone asking where the register was because it was hidden all the way in the back corner. The clothing was folded neatly, I just feel like jeans should be in one section and not scattered throughout the store. Also, because everything was packed so tightly, it made pushing a stroller throughout the store a struggle. read more

I usually like Old Navy a lot but they need to check and correct their yelp times. I stated that they were open until 9 o'clock I came at 10 minutes to 8 and they were closed and on the door it says they are closed at 8 o'clock.
