This is a hip, young, affordable place to find clothes and accessories for every day as well as special occasions. It is a locally-owned small business, started by a woman whose family has been here for generations. The buyer really knows their products, has a great sense of style, and really takes pride in her shop. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because there aren't a lot of plus-sized things there yet, and that's what I fit into. I'm sure they will expand as their success continues. read more

I like giving places a second chance especially small local family owed businesses. Once again, I wasn't greeted when I walked in. The service they show in instagram is not the same service in store which is very unfortunate. The place has a chance to thrive but I guess they just don't get it. I wish the other reviews on this page were accurate. I see the owner has her sister and cousins writing reviews giving the store five stars. I wish I got the service they got. Adult entertainment stores have better customer service than here. Maybe I'll try again in the future but I'm over this again.... read more

I came in here the second week my fiancé and I moved to Oxnard. I was searching on Yelp for cute clothing boutiques and this one appeared. When I arrived it was small, but they presented up to date clothing and top fashion which is what I enjoyed. Their social media, is great and that is where I found a certain brand of sunglasses I have been hunting for a while now. With the help provided from them on their social media I was able to get assistance and placed them on hold. That following next-day, I walked in with a welcome and looked around the shop, and I was happy to know they had my order on hold from when I spoken to them previously on their social media. The worker, she was so kind and nice she even let me try on the sunglasses before purchasing (I wanted to make sure they were true to size) and I was sold! This is a cute boutique and I'll be stopping by here for my shopping needs. :) read more

During this time I've tried my best to support local businesses. Not going to lie I've came into this store about 5 times already and have received horrible service each time. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and excused their horrible customer service by assuming they probably had a rough day. I will say that I am very impressed with the fact that they actually greeted me this time, typically I'm the one who greets them. They're usually on their phone and make you feel like you're a bother to them. You have to physically go up to them to ask for help, mind you this store is tiny and dead all the time. This line of business can be very draining so I heavily respect retail workers. I've never given attitude and I'm always considerate when I browse through racks not ruin displays as to not create more work for them. Being a small business it's important to also build relationships with your clients. The time before I came in today I had made a purchase in the evening. During checkout it is your job as the employee to warn clients of policies before the purchase. I was not made aware that there was a no return policy on the item I purchased. I should've known better to check the receipt before coming in to do an exchange. I'm grateful for the exception that was made on the item due to the lack of awareness from one of the employees. Your presence on IG seems like this is a phenomenal store... wished that I could have experience the same thing in person. Unfortunately, I've given you guys one too many chances so this has come down to you guys loosing my business. I will no longer recommend other people to come here. I challenge you to go to retailers like Nike or even Trader Joe's to see what customer service looks like. read more
