Came into the store and overall I was impressed with their selection and inventory. The departments that were lacking a little were the purses and shoes but all of my other favorite areas were well stocked - like clothing, jewelry, hygiene and home goods. The stores cleanliness was about a 4/5. More so the issue is people don't put items back so it can get a little clutter and messy in areas but still overall a pretty clean store. I was impressed with their fitting rooms. Clean and spacious stalls. The lady running that fitting room area was super nice. Great customer service here. 5 stars in customer service actually! Every staff member I interacted with was super lovely. Also I can't tell you how grateful I was that on this busy day they had at least 5 registers open. Loved this! My local stores rarely have more then 2-3 registers, even when a line wraps, so with long lines here everyone seemed content with how many staff they had working and that they kept the line moving. The gentleman working the register was super nice and sweet. This is a great store that I won't be soon forgetting.

I actually recently found them as my mom had been raving about this store and took me in over the weekend. The store is super cute inside. Clothing, jewelry and some small accessories. A great store with a little bit of everything for us ladies. I found their clothing selection to be fun and slightly western forward as a theme but they also had great regular prints and styles. Their jewelry was pretty and I liked some of their gift accessories like hats and passport tags etc. The store was clean and spacious enough to walk around without bumping into people. Staff were very nice, bubbly and welcoming. I liked that they were the perfect amount of attentive but also gave you some space to shop. Didn't have my weird vibes of being watched etc lol. Multiple staff on shift which was nice as one gal was walking the floor talking about sales while another could attend to customers wanting to pay. I walked away with a super yummy smelling rollerball perfume and a Christmas gift for a friend. Prices were reasonable with the sale, so it was a good time to stop in. I have been going to Little Bird for a couple years now both to sell and buy, but will not be…read morereturning after our experience at the bag sale. We got there about 10 minutes before they opened. And the line went around the block. Which is about what I expected after seeing the number of comments on their social media ads for it. We waited, for over an hour. They came out after an hour and informed everyone that they had no boys stuff left, but still had girls, and were working on refilling the bins. When we got to the front, after over an hour in line, we were informed they were sold out of everything, except for 3 or 4 pieces of size 6/8 , but we were welcome to shop the normal priced items inside. As I was leaving I heard numerous people talking about leaving negative reviews. I let the staff outside ,who'd let us know they were sold out, know that they might want to issue an apology to prevent a flood of negative reviews that I'd heard being mentioned. Another woman stepped up and said she was the mother of the girl I was speaking to, and if I had something negative to say, I could say it to her. I repeated what I said, and made sure to say I was not trying to be rude, and I apologize if I was coming off that way. That no one was upset they ran out, just at the lack of updates, and that they might consider apologizing before they get negative reviews. She snappily told me that if I needed to understand that the owner has an injured arm and a husband with cancer, and that I needed to understand that before writing a review. I'm not sure how that is related to the issues everyone experienced, rather than just trying to guilt me out of a review. Again, I'm not upset that they were busy or ran out. It was the lack of updates for the people who spent a large amount of time waiting only to be turned away with no warning or apology. And I have heard from other people that they were also snapped at by the owner and staff when voicing their frustrations. An apology of some sort would have made all the difference. I hope they learn from this, not only on how to run a sale, but how to treat their customers.
