It's one of my go to stores here at this outlet mall, you'll never know what you'll find. They have a variety of different style bags throughout the store as well as accessories, clothing and some men's. **They do have another location in a different area of just men's coach items. Usually everything in the store is the outlet price, unless they are having a special during the month with an extra percentage off. I noticed they also have new arrivals in store from coach itself that are full price and they don't fall under the percentage off discounts like everything does. It's the display right when you walk in, a little deceiving as you think the bags are outlet price and they aren't but now I know what to look forward to when the new season of bags drop in markdowns.

When I walked in, I was greeted by a sales associate who then approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I politely told her that I was just looking. Despite that, she continued to approach me and bombard me with information. I again explained that I was just looking. She would briefly walk away, only to come back and tell me about the features of different bags. I explained to her that I was already familiar with the bags and their features because I had been looking at them online. At that point, I simply wanted to try the bags on. I was being polite but intentionally brief because I was trying to communicate that I wanted to shop independently. As I looked at other bags to try on, the same thing continued. She repeatedly explained the features of the bags even after I had already told her that I was aware of them and was simply trying them on. Unfortunately, the experience became so uncomfortable that I ultimately decided to leave. I felt like I was being targeted or pressured because the associate was desperate to make a sale, rather than being allowed to shop at my own pace. I now know which bags I want, but because of this experience, I will be purchasing them elsewhere. Associates should certainly be available to assist customers, but they also need to recognize when a customer has clearly communicated that they would prefer to browse independently. Respecting those boundaries would make for a much more comfortable and positive shopping experience.

I have several trips coming up and I wanted to update my Vuori collection. For most of the time, I was the only customer in the store. There were 3-4 sales people (young men and women) who stood huddled at the counter talking and playing on their phones. I was left to find sizes and styles. Eventually one young lady came over to help me. But the others stood there like it was social hour, not work. She never checked on me when I tried on clothes, and all I could hear from the dressing room was the endless chit chat. It was not a positive experience. I'm sure I would have purchased more than 2 tops had there been better customer service. Management needs to train these workers how to work.

When I returned to the store to process a return, the experience was disappointing. The associate inspected the pants, smelled them, and stated they had been washed, then refused the return. This was both uncomfortable and frustrating, especially since the items were simply tried on for fit at home and not worn. I understand that stores have policies in place, but the handling of this situation felt unnecessarily dismissive. A more professional and customer-focused approach would have gone a long way. Most customers won't take the time to leave a review--they'll simply choose not to return. With so many convenient online options available, in-store experiences need to justify the trip. Unfortunately, this one did not. Service with a smirk has never worked for me..

Two employees, who their name tags read as Evelyn and Kim, were extremely unprofessional. My mom simply asked if they had a certain size in an item. Kim checked and said it was available, then immediately turned around to Evelyn and Evelyn squinted her eyes and whispered, "Are you going to go?"--all while I was standing right there witnessing the whole thing. I genuinely don't know if they thought my mom and I were stupid or not paying attention, but the disrespect was obvious. I confronted her and told her directly that the way she looked at her coworker was not okay. And we clearly saw her making that face and asking Kim if she was going to go look for it. Instead of apologizing, she gave us excuses, saying the item was "probably in boxes in the back." When I said we would wait and she could go check, both of them kept the same attitude, kept staring at each other and did not move a muscle. Instead of staring at each other and giving us dirty looks like WE were the ones causing a problem I'm sure they could have found the item. They were clearly bothered, I'm still trying to figure out what card was played. It was just pure disrespect towards my mom. Not a single apology. Not a single ounce of professionalism. Just attitude the entire time, eyes filled with hate. It's employees like this that make customers not want to come back EVER AGAIN. OshKosh, please hire people who will keep treat your business & customers with respect. OshKosh corporate, needs to seriously address this behavior, because no customer should be treated the way we were. I will never recommend this particular store to anyone to go inside too, EVER AGAIN.
