I forgot to check in. This location is pretty good but all homegoods have their own great finds. Huge variety of goodies. I can it's the nearest I've seen too. Employees seemed attentive. Everything has its good prices and some seasonable for the quality. I have one complaint the small carts. Omg how weather affected they are and very dirty. It looked like someone left them there for the trash. Other than that I had a great experience here

Just what I was looking for! Thomasville storage on wheels. $59. 5-19-24

This is a pretty clean and organized HG store. I went looking for storage options for my studio apartment because you can never have enough storage. Stumbled upon this cute woven storage box that has a hinge top and wheels. I love anything with wheels right now so I can easily move it around without upsetting my downstairs neighbors. I also picked up some foldable pet fences to block my bunnies from getting under my bed.

Love our new Lunch tray, coasters and fake plant for our coffee table!

This store is always so addicting! There's never a time when I don't walk out those doors without spending $100+ haha just sucks that it gets super packed even when they first open. I'll definitely be back soon. Just don't tell the husband haha

Yay! Finally opened a HomeGoods on "this side of the grade". This store is a glorified version of their sibling stores Marshall's and TJ Maxx, without the clothing. As the name indicates it focuses on stuff for your home. So... if you're looking for cute kitchenware, furniture, bathroom goods, bedding, wall decor or my favorite seasonal decoration without breaking the bank, you must come and give it a go. Getting a gift? You'll find something perfect for everyone, plus they have wrapping bags, cards and even toys. Score!! Super crowded on opening day ( 9/8/19), so I came back the following day. Still plenty of shoppers but the store was maintained cleaned and organized. Plenty of staff keeping everything in order. Lines moved really fast, too.

Always a treasure chest. If you need it, you can find it. No more room at my place. Let's work on yours now.

The Camarillo location has consistently impressed me as one of the better stores in Ventura County.

And let me make something very clear before I begin: I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this location multiple times this year I've been loyal. I've been courteous. I've been nothing but kind. And Michael managed to destroy all of that in a single moment. Our interaction started off perfectly fine. Friendly, even. I was actually enjoying myself -- laughing, talking, having a genuinely pleasant time. Then he mentioned dealing with a difficult customer, and I responded with a compliment, exactly as I said it: "Yeah, it's too bad you guys have to deal with that stuff. I could never do customer service because it sucks how you have to stay and be uncomfortable and deal with difficult customers. Whereas in my job we have it easy -- you can leave the room if someone is yelling at you." I said this while wearing scrubs because I work in healthcare. I was admiring his patience. I was telling him his job is HARDER than mine in that way. I was being kind. And this man -- who is old enough to be my father -- stood there, stone-faced, and waited. He literally waited until I had swiped my card for over $2,000. He waited until the payment went through, until his commission was secured. Only then did he decide it was time to humiliate me. He looked at me and said: "Our customer service doesn't suck. I bet it's about as good as your nursing." Let me repeat that. "I bet it's about as good as your nursing." I am not a nurse. I never said I was. I never said the customer service sucked I was giving him a compliment. He assumed I was a nurse because I am a woman in scrubs -- as if every woman in healthcare is the same, as if our actual roles, specialties, and degrees don't matter. And this man -- this sales associate -- thought it was appropriate to throw that insult in my face like my profession was a joke he could use to put me in my place. I barely made it to my car before the tears started. I cried the entire way home. Because the way he spoke to me was not just rude -- it was belittling, sexist, dismissive, condescending, and deeply personal. This wasn't a misunderstanding. This wasn't a slip of the tongue. This was a man who waited until I paid, then intentionally demeaned me. And here's the worst part: the other two associates I interacted with -- a woman and a man -- were absolutely lovely. They were warm, kind, respectful, everything a sales associate should be! But let me be very clear: Because of Michael, I will never step foot in this location again. Because of Michael, this store lost a long-term, loyal customer. Because of Michael, I walked out of Restoration Hardware in tears after dropping two thousand dollars the same night. No one should walk into a store feeling excited and walk out feeling this way.
