She found 1 shoe, barely worn, of a black slip on by Doc Marten in her size! We looked and looked. We never found the mate. I also found a single shoe. I was only semi interested in them so not finding its mate was .. C'est la vie *such is life* (no big deal). Dang it! If someone was having a 70s party, I found the perfect jacket in my size. I didn't buy it. I just keep thinking about it. We also came across rad crop top shirts. Too small for me and not my daughter's style. I loved them nonetheless. I did buy something I absolutely do not need. It was a mini grocery cart with wheels. $2.99. What a steal. Cool selection. Not far from the freeway off-ramp. I would absolutely revisit this store.

As soon as we walked into the store, we noticed a significant change in the atmosphere. There appeared to be a new manager on duty, I assume we've never seen him based on his name tag it appeared to be Abraham-Manager. Unlike our previous visits, no one greeted us when we entered. What stood out even more was overhearing this individual speaking negatively about other employees near the front of the store. The cashier's response and body language made it seem like she was uncomfortable and hesitant to speak up. The overall condition of the store was also noticeably worse than what we've come to expect. It was the emptiest we've ever seen it, merchandise was scattered throughout the wrong sections, and several areas appeared messy and unorganized. The store simply did not feel welcoming, clean, or well-managed. We've supported this location for years because of the friendly staff and positive shopping experience, but this visit left us disappointed. As a result of this experience, we will no longer be recommending shopping at this location to friends and family. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to restore the welcoming environment that once made this store a great place to shop.

The big one was the bikes priced at $300 and $400 for USED bikes. These aren't high end used road bikes, these are run of the mill bikes sold at places like Big 5 for the same price. The cherry on top for me was the 18 or 19 year old girl walking up to random strangers asking for a dollar so she could buy the item she was holding in her hand. Everyone knows she isn't panhandling to buy the thrifted item, she is going to run off to buy alcohol or drugs. Who comes to a thrift store without at least thinking "hey, I should probably have money before making a decision to shop"?!

If you have never been here, and plan to stay all day or a few hours, I suggest bringing the following: Your patience, gloves, mask if sensitive, a small blanket to cover your cart, a small folding chair, snacks and drinks that you can keep and eat in your car. They have a decent bathrooms and the employees have always been pleasant. They bring out new bins about every 1/2 hour. You are to stand back until all new bins have been brought out, and sheets have been lifted off of all of them. Most people park their grocery carts along the wall out of the way, and cover them with a small blanket. I bring a large tote just to quickly grab and put things in while I'm going through the bins. Then I transfer them into my cart. At some point I stop and go through the items my cart. I'm examining my goods in more detail for stains, rips, broken zippers, bad soles on shoes etc. I often put a lot of things back, but I have found some good buys. Hope this helps. Happy shopping!

This is the most charming and fun shop. I like collecting ceramic cats and I seem to always find the most unique ones here. I have found some that one of the owners have touched up or completely changed the color with her paint brushes! I love how creative these turned out. There's something for everyone at Marcy's Attic. I visit Marcy's about once a week. There is always a new selection of items for sale. Marcy Kirsch travels to discover the works of one of a kind artists. She has a display of beaded jewelry created by a lady artist that is very distinctive. Marcy's also has things that I consider to be "Americana". Marcy is sweet and very energetic. read more
