I wanted to love this place because I love vintage and shabby chic. However- the clothes sold here are not vintage; they are new and they fall apart in the wash after one wash. There really isn't even a lot of vintage here. It's mostly newer items and Brighton jewelry. Was disappointed in the clothing quality and the fact that the owner held us captive talking about her personal politics regarding vaccines for a very long time. So unprofessional. I wouldn't assume that all of your customers have the same beliefs as you. It's very uncomfortable and, for that reason, I won't be back. read more

They have all kind of cool things from antiques, womens clothing, childrens clothing, furniture, paintings, some incredible apricot syrup, rugs, antique door hardware and ask about the milk paint. Small, but mighty antique store on a side street in downtown Santa Paula. The objects displayed outside drew us in, along with the window displays. Inside, a mostly white background provides a crisp space for colorful items to shine. From vintage clothing, to home accessories, and furniture items, there's a lot to see here in a collection of rooms. Some contemporary items are mixed in, like pillows and lamps, but they seem to add to the overall vibe in an effective way. The owner greeted us, and mentioned that she's passionate about restoring / repurposing old items. She sells milk paint, which is all the rage in decor circles now. She even teaches classes in painting furniture. Some of the pieces she's reclaimed are for sale in the shop. Her enthusiasm for what she loves to do carries over to the vibe in her shop. The curated items delight with unique colors, textures, and designs. I could have spent a lot longer there, but dinner was calling. I did buy a turquoise decorative sofa pillow from a recently concluded long-running TV show. I'm not naming names as there are more pillows from the show that I left behind, and I might want to make another pass at the display before they sell out. ;-) Will definitely be visiting again! read more

This is a really cute and small shop located near downtown Santa Paula. All the stuff inside is very smartly arranged and in nice, attractive condition. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the woman at the counter made a point to strike up a friendly conversation with me and make me feel welcome. I didn't end up making a purchase this time but will be sure to check back in later to see what new things they have. They're small, but have a good selection for the size. read more

I found this place via social media, I was hooked. I have come back every few months and merchandise seems to turn around on a regular basis. Unique items, vintage and antiques, materials for painting items. I am an antique appraiser/dealer and found great prices and great fun.
