They're helpful and will greet you with a smile but they're not going out of their way to help you. For me, that's definitely a positive. Two employees, who their name tags read as Evelyn and Kim, were extremely unprofessional. My mom simply asked if they had a certain size in an item. Kim checked and said it was available, then immediately turned around to Evelyn and Evelyn squinted her eyes and whispered, "Are you going to go?"--all while I was standing right there witnessing the whole thing. I genuinely don't know if they thought my mom and I were stupid or not paying attention, but the disrespect was obvious. I confronted her and told her directly that the way she looked at her coworker was not okay. And we clearly saw her making that face and asking Kim if she was going to go look for it. Instead of apologizing, she gave us excuses, saying the item was "probably in boxes in the back." When I said we would wait and she could go check, both of them kept the same attitude, kept staring at each other and did not move a muscle. Instead of staring at each other and giving us dirty looks like WE were the ones causing a problem I'm sure they could have found the item. They were clearly bothered, I'm still trying to figure out what card was played. It was just pure disrespect towards my mom. Not a single apology. Not a single ounce of professionalism. Just attitude the entire time, eyes filled with hate. It's employees like this that make customers not want to come back EVER AGAIN. OshKosh, please hire people who will keep treat your business & customers with respect. OshKosh corporate, needs to seriously address this behavior, because no customer should be treated the way we were. 'm not sure if she was the manager but she was super helpful. The clothes were organized well and everything was clean. They didn't have a second pair of boots for my older child but she recommended a few places that would have snow boots. About 10 minutes later I got a call from the associate that she had found the size I needed and she'd hold a pair for me. I was shocked at how she went out of her way to help me. I'll be doing a lot more shopping there from now on. The prices are great and the clothes are just as high quality as everywhere else.

Both the cashier and the site manager refused to honor the 35% discount and only offer 15%. What absolute false advertisement. They probably get a commission. Although those days are long gone, and many of the stores that made it "premium" are no longer here, it's better than most. There are still some good deals. It's also fairly large so you'll spend a decent amount of time walking through every section. We're usually shopping for something specific -- today it's jeans for the husband. But we always end up with more than planned. :) We browsed through many of the stores, spending much of our time at Lucky Brand, Levi's, Lululemon, adidas, The North Face and Ralph Lauren. We got the best deal on jeans at Levi's and surprisingly found a nice lightweight sweater for him at Lululemon. We like to grab a light snack or drink treat while we shop. Wetzel's Pretzels is a favorite but today we discovered that Boba Time has joined the outlets! Overall, it was a really nice day. I realized when we left that I missed going to Pottery Barn! We'll need to start on that side next time.

And yes, I checked the outlet website before I left for hours and it appeared that both stores were active and open. When I arrived, Joes was simply gone. I went over to the kiosk map to check and it was still listed in its usual location. But it had been replaced by another store, Reformation, I believe. An employee of the outlets walked by and said I looked confused and told me the map hadn't been updated in a minute. Disappointed, I then went over to Seven, which was also gone! Replaced by Fabletics, I think. The point is that Joes and Seven are still listed on the outlet website and they are still listed in the on-site kiosks as active stores. Not only am I disappointed that a few of my favorite stores are just gone like that, but I'm especially disappointed at the glaring lack of communication that lead to an entire afternoon being wasted. The outlets otherwise appear to be going down hill. I don't think I'll be back after this.
