They feature places like Balenciaga, Prada, Gucci, and Boss, and have shops like Honey Birdette and Laderach chocolates. The mall is really beautiful with a lot of indoor lighting and is mostly two levels, but has a movie theater on a third level. We did not make it to the village across the street, but it is supposed to be really nice as well. This is a top mall in SoCal and worth checking out even if you just want to get some exercise and shop. We ate at the massis kabob for lunch. Great gyros plates. I'm usually a "leave me alone while I shop" kind of girl, but I do appreciate being acknowledged when walking in an area. Nordstrom does this well in a casual, non-overbearing way. In the Men's section, I found a couple nice pairs of AG jeans and shirt for the husband that I thought he should try on. As we approached the dressing room with another couple, two sales associates appeared to assist. Randy was ours. I sat on a small couch inside the dressing room. As my husband came out to show me the fit of each item, Randy would come in to check if we needed anything. As we exited the dressing room, he was there to take our items for purchase and put back the ones we didn't want. We browsed some more, then made our way back to the register -- Randy was right behind us. I didn't have my Nordstrom card with me. Randy walked me through the steps of securely accessing my account without the faintest sign of inconvenience. This young man was impressively knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He provided just the right amount of personal service.

The sales associate said she was going to break the bill, but she never came back, and we were left standing there with no updates. After waiting for such a long time and getting frustrated, we asked someone to call her. Unfortunately, the associate was rude, and when her manager came over, she was cold, didn't apologize, and made us feel uncomfortable even though we were simply waiting for our change. We've always expected better customer service from Nordstrom, so this experience was really disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience in the future.

Came here for a last minute fitting and suit. Made an appointment online for Tuesday afternoon…read more Came in and was approached for measurements. Checked out the deals they had and was helped by a sales rep to choose everything I needed. Also got measured to get my suit tailored. It was supposed to be ready by Thursday but was called since it was pushed back to Friday. While it didn't bother me since I needed it for Saturday, I did pay the extra fee to get it sooner. Wish the tailoring cheaper was cheaper but it's understandable. This is l owe by home, so I may come back and hopefully not have to pay the extra fees.
