Outstanding clothing quality that looks and feels great. Second, I love this location. The sales team - specifically Jake - is super cool and helpful. My brother and I are regular visitors and, even though we live closer to the Commerce location, we go to Simi because of Jake. I never feel like I'm being "sold" something. Instead, I feel like I have a buddy at the store just giving me great advice on fantastic products. Can you get the similar stuff at different stores or even online for a cheaper price? Sure but why would you when you have a great quality product with a super helpful sales team. What's cheap today is expensive tomorrow. Don't try to find knock off crap on Amazon. Pay for the quality products and service at 5.11. You won't be disappointed.

They were not busy at all and I was the only customer inside on a Thursday late afternoon. The store is a decent size and has a lot of products inside. They have some nice hat selections and also shoes as well. They also carries sunglasses as well. The men's area are on the left and the women's are on the right. Kids clothing are toward the back of the store. There plenty of parking here since the plaza this store is in does not get busy at all.

Their were no crowds because the Mall doesn't have an Anchor Store. The mall during the year plays music from the 1950's! Who are they trying to attract, 80 year olds? I was hopeful the New Management that took over this year would make a difference. They have not. I hope these reviews inspired the City to take action to better revitalize this wonderful space. It's understandable to me now why so many Macys are closing stores, and get so many poor reviews on YELP. I had a simple case of a gift card purchase at a Vons in Simi Valley for $200. It turned out that the card was tampered with and the money stolen shortly after purchase. With the assistance of Vons management (also very poor service) they got me in touch with Macys GC (gift card dept) to file a claim. After six pathetic weeks of incompetent emails back and forth regarding my case, the Macys GC dept alleged that the receipt that I provided along with pictures of the tampered with card were not a match. I advised them that one simple call to the Vons store management would have confirmed that it was. Apparently no such call was made as they stuck to their original incorrect conclusion that the receipt didn't match the gift card in question. So we are moving on from Macys and will be doing are shopping at Kohl's and other department stores in our area.

I wanted to have patches made from my dog's bed after he passed away. It was a sentimental request, and they treated it with such care and compassion from the very beginning. They were thoughtful, professional, and truly understood how important this was to me. The patches came out beautifully.
