Great place to buy clothes for all ages They have beautiful dresses, simple dresses I think that they have prices for every pocket you can get a lot for your money is worth You kind of have to find things on your own their sales people don't really help you as much They also have jewelry make up and lashes, which that's also great read more

Terrible experiance, worst customer service ever received, the "manager" start talking back to us after we ask for a return. After the return was placed she start insulting us in a different language. What she didn't know is that we were able to understand her. Horrible experience never back here. read more

I had a really unpleasant experience with one of the employees here. She had black hair with a braid and was extremely rude and gave me an attitude over something so small. I put a hanger on the rack, and she immediately told me, "Go leave it in its place back there." The way she spoke to me was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I was honestly shocked because helping customers and maintaining the store is part of the job. There are much better ways to communicate with customers without being disrespectful. I hope management addresses this because customer service should be handled with basic respect. This occurred 8/21/27 at 7pm. read more

I came here looking for a couple of sundresses and a jumpsuit. The staff were very friendly and helpful I will definitely go back.

Worst customer experience and manager Susana & cashier are so unprofessional and careless. Go to the one at the topanga mall and avoid dealing with nasty rude attitudes. read more

I know it's not for everyone but my mom and I have been shopping here for years! Literally since I was a kid lol. They have stuff for everyone at the best prices. They're all imported so stock is always very random but everything here is great. Some might say it's "cheap" but honestly they last a long time. They have anywhere from lounge wear, daily outfits, party dresses, and even plus sizes. It's usually a sweet Korean lady who runs these shops but haven't seen them in a while. They even have quick pick ups like makeup, eye lashes, hair accessories, etc. so many things that are really cute that you can find here and still to this day, doesn't leave me empty handed! I am a huge fan of Fashion Q because they have stylish clothes at very affordable prices. I can usually find long dresses, jumpsuits and some cute tops that actually fit me without having to taylor them. Yes, I am a little on the slender side:) Shopping here is hit or miss for my size. Many times I will find an item I love but it's only available in Large. Waah! Very frustrating. I can leave empty handed but this day I found a cute long leopard fitted dress with spaghetti straps and a cute blouse. They also sell accessories, shoes and lingerie. Again, many of the bras I liked were in the wrong size. It would be nice if they had a larger stock of smaller sizes. They seem to only have about 3 smalls in many of the styles and they tend to go out the door quickly:(. *Plenty of free parking at this location. The store can get a little overwhelming and racks can be a little crammed. But that never stops this "economy stimulator!" read more

Stylish clothes at an affordable price!! What I love about this location is they have a plus size section as well. Sometimes the sizing on their clothes is a hit or mess so I definitely recommend using their fitting room in the back to make sure your clothes fits. You are allowed to try in five items at a time. I love looking at their shoes here. It's my favorite part. They have a lot of great flip flops and sandals for the summer. The customer service could use some improvement as there isn't much help. It's kind of a free for all. The clothes can get a little cramped so make sure you look through and find the right sizes you need. They have their makeup, earrings, and wallets towards the front of the store near the cash register. Some items are final sale and some items you get 14 days to return. They will let you know which category your item falls under. Until next time! read more

Trendy, albeit inexpensive clothing for women. There are so many styles to choose from that rotate seasonally. Store is well-stocked and organized. The service is not like Nordstrom but the price is also not like it either. Hours are good. Even open on most all holidays. read more

I needed a loose-fitting blue blouse very quickly and for the cheapest price possible. I've been I. This store before but don't remember buying anything. I gave this place a chance because I didn't want to go to the mall. I'm glad I came here because I found exactly what I needed. They also had plain black vnecks for about $5 that fit the way I like (which is hard to find than one would think). Both tops were on sale and therefore final sale. Given that the total for both items was less than $20 I wouldn't have wasted the gas to go and return them. The quality is reasonable. Many of the reviews were negative with respect to customer service. The employee who assisted me was very friendly. The only interaction was when I paid for the merchandise. I honestly prefer to be left alone when I shop so I was ok with this. read more

I bought a few clothes from this place and one of the items was a dress I didn't try any of the items at the store and was told i can exchange. The bag with the items where in my car When I came to try it at home to were the dress on Valentine's Day cause I planned to wear it I saw the dress has a huge defect whole in it, I was super upset since I was going to wear it. I got so upset that I was sold a damaged item. So I went to the store today to exchange it and showed it to them, instead of them saying sorry that they sold me a damaged item dress , they were completely rude and not willing to help or exchange it and take responsibility for selling me a full price item that was sold damaged! The dress had its tag on it and I had the receipt and I showed them the damage they where giving me attitude about it telling me it's over their 14 business days exchange (It was 20 days) !!! They sold me a damaged dress I told them and they could care less about it. The manger was at the back 20 minutes I'm waiting for her to come and talk to her she could care less to come doing me a favor she is even interested to come or talk. I would never shop at this place they always have problems with clients and could care less about it ! Very disrespectful to clients !!! read more

decided I'm going to leave a bad review like a Karen everywhere about my terrible experience here. Never have I ever experienced such terrible cu service and I know what it's like to work in a clothing store and sometimes you don't have energy for someone but it's your f*cling job do it or go home. This woman was rude and didn't even try to help me. Needed to exchange something for a different size and the excuse was final sale. Great I'm not returning I just need a larger size. Nope, final sale. Tags on and receipt provided this was the bullsh*t service I received. Not trying to be something they are not. Not like one of those fancy stores in the mall, or one of the stores in rodeo where you need a mortgage to buy a shirtZ just a nice store with prices that actually make you feel you want to buy staff. I am happy with the buy, and with the service. Will return here for more soon. read more

I love this store! I wanted to give them a review because I don't understand all the negative reviews. This place is so cheap but also so cute! This store is usally a quick stop store. There clothes is very cheap material. I'm disappointed that during this pandamic store owners and managers aren't more understanding. How can we try on things of the dressing rooms are closed ! I got a one piece shirt and didn't fit me has I liked when I went to ask for an exchange I was told everything his finial sale and they don't except one piece at all. It doesn't not say that on the receipt or when checking it out! There needs to be wording of this rule when purchasing . The store manager didn't not want to help or give me a solid as a first time Custmer, since there policy didn't mention anything about one piece ! I will never shop here again read more

The Fashion Q is the worst store! I went in a found 2 tops and asked what the return policy. I don't buy things I can't return for full refund. I asked and the lady said 2 weeks to return. Never said anything about store credit only. I went in the store and the mad disrespect I got from the ladies working at the front laughed at me in my face that I can't return and they never would have said that I could. Not only was is disrespectful that they laughed they didn't try to find a solution and kept telling me I was wrong and made things up. I felt so disrespected and the fact that they should be more clear about their return policy I will never shop at one of their stores again. I never leave reviews but this I felt was necessary Worst customer service I work in customer service and I would never treat a customer this way. read more

I love this place because the clothes are inexpensive and they're contemporary. They also have a plus section, which is great! Not that I shop in that section, but it's nice to see it there LOL... I sounded like such an asshole. Nothing wrong with big girls, I'm curvy myself! The shoes are awesome as well. They have many different styles that even though have no name, it doesn't really matter. They're actually made well and they're comfortable. Can't really beat that. You'll see clothes that you'll see at Forever 21 or those other stores at the mall, but this place is convenient and not as crowded. FYI: While I was in line, I overheard the cashier telling a customer that she couldn't return something at this particular store because she had bought the item at the Northridge location. Although the name is the same, they're not owned by the same people. So if you need to return something, go to the store from where you originally bought it. P.S. You can't really return things at Fashion Q anyway because they only believe in exchanges and store credit. Basically... you ain't getting your money back! read more

WORST STORE EXPERIENCE EVER. The store manager or the sales clerk or whoever she was. Was , to say the least. EXTREMELY, rude. She kept giving rude commands to the workers and while she stood and did nothing , she made her to all of the work. We went into the store and picked out clothes for almost $300! And when we went to go pay for the items , she said the card was declined , but I know how much money is on that card and the balance of it. I said "this isn't a credit card, use it as a debit" she refused to do it again and kept giving me an attitude saying it "doesn't matter." We kept going back and forth and she kept saying it doesn't matter and looking at me like I was stupid. As a customer who was willing to spend a lot of money on their clothes, the least they could do is show some god damn gratitude. We ended up going to Ross and spending the same amount. Would not recommend going to this store unless you want to be shown no respect! read more

I shop at this location all time. They recently hired a security guard who thinks he owns the store. He is the worst. Stopped in here this morning, before going to Dollar tree for my July 4th supplies. I found a couple cute tops to try on. The lady said I could not try on this cute black body suit. WTF? How am I supposed to know if it fits. Then I asked can I return it if it doesn't fit? She proceeded to take it back to the rack. She obviously does not understand English. I chased her down, then another girl came over. I told her what happened. She said for hygienic reasons its not able to be tried on or returned. OK, I bought it anyway, and it fit fine. Most of the stuff in here is cheap crap. They had a lot of ugly colors and styles for summer too! Because of their no return policy or lack of the English language, I will stick to Ross and Marshall's, thanks! read more

I really like this store! Nice, casual stylish clothing, at affordable pricing! Just make sure you try the stuff on before you buy it, and check for any defects. Feel way less about this retail. Still the jumpsuit is in the corner to be dumped. Not even consider for donation.

The clothes are cute BUT you get what you pay for so don't expect the clothes to last for more then a few months . My biggest complaint has got to be the customer service ,especially the cashier. She looks completely miserable. She's rude , cold , and lacks every bit of customer service skills needed in retail . If you don't like it honey GTFO just saying . The two other women there I dealt with were not half as bad but they also lacked basic service skills . Stop making it such a horrible environment for everyone to shop in ! It's the perfect spot with plenty of parking and popular businesses around to bring in customers so it's a shame really . Two stars for the clothes /accessories and being affordable read more

The store should have a disclosure on the front door that says "enter at your own risk "... This lady is so sour that she will ruin your entire day if you let her get to you... please take care of yourself from such a horrible experience... the prices nor the clothes are worth it. Horrible service: Cashier who I think is the owner was on a personal telephone call and behaving as if I was interrupting her when I was trying to make a purchase. She was the only person at the cashier register and no one else was around. Clothing: I purchased two pairs of pants. The clothes is cheap; one of the pair of pants had fuss after one wash; I won't be able to use them again. Second pair fit too small. Overall, the clothes is definitely not trendy and are poorly made with cheap fabric. Price: you do get what you pay for... cheap price - cheap clothes. On the bright side, Ross is about to open in the same shopping lot. Return policy: ridiculous... no returns! exchange only within 7 days... I tried to exchange a pair of pants that fit too small and the same person that was rude when I bought the pants would not exchange them for a bigger size because it was a few days past the 7 days. She actually told me never to shop at her store again. She was ruder than the first time... I should've listen to all the previous reviews and avoided the horrible experience altogether. read more

Driving home decided to stop in. They have great deals here. Of course the quality isn't the best but if you just need a lil something cute for just a few wears then its all good. For what ever reason all of the sizes including shoes run at least one size smaller than usual. If you wear a small, def gonna need Medium and if you wear Medium, def need a large. I bought a pair of sandals and I usually wear 6 1/2 and had to buy a 7 1/2. But you can't beat the prices here and the parking lot is huge. First time shopping here, I will def come back. read more

This shitty place is one of the worst customer service I've ever experienced coming from the "owner" I was going to try a pair of sandals so as I'm trying them on she's like ooohnooo you must put back in its place and I said well how am I supposed to purchase them if I can't even try them on ?!!! The fitting rooms are extremely dirty and they smell really bad when you're being checked out they don't even greet you to say hello or anything just a disgusting vibe I get every time I go and the clothing is very cheap material and it's overly priced !!!! I asked her to hold my stuff while I shopped more and she started ringing my stuff up and told me she was going to have me check out so she can check other people out. I never told her I was done. Of all the fashion q stores I been to, I think I like this one the most. Their clothes are all organized and there's a huge variety. However, I'm not surprised, but the customer service here is average. They do at least talk a little but they don't really seem that friendly.
