They're all imported so stock is always very random but everything here is great. Some might say it's "cheap" but honestly they last a long time. They have anywhere from lounge wear, daily outfits, party dresses, and even plus sizes. It's usually a sweet Korean lady who runs these shops but haven't seen them in a while. They even have quick pick ups like makeup, eye lashes, hair accessories, etc. so many things that are really cute that you can find here and still to this day, doesn't leave me empty handed! Sometimes the sizing on their clothes is a hit or mess so I definitely recommend using their fitting room in the back to make sure your clothes fits. You are allowed to try in five items at a time. I love looking at their shoes here. It's my favorite part. They have a lot of great flip flops and sandals for the summer. The customer service could use some improvement as there isn't much help. It's kind of a free for all. The clothes can get a little cramped so make sure you look through and find the right sizes you need. They have their makeup, earrings, and wallets towards the front of the store near the cash register. Some items are final sale and some items you get 14 days to return. I am a huge fan of Fashion Q because they have stylish clothes at very affordable prices. I can usually find long dresses, jumpsuits and some cute tops that actually fit me without having to taylor them. Yes, I am a little on the slender side:) Shopping here is hit or miss for my size. Many times I will find an item I love but it's only available in Large. Waah! Very frustrating. I can leave empty handed but this day I found a cute long leopard fitted dress with spaghetti straps and a cute blouse. They also sell accessories, shoes and lingerie. Again, many of the bras I liked were in the wrong size. It would be nice if they had a larger stock of smaller sizes. They seem to only have about 3 smalls in many of the styles and they tend to go out the door quickly:(. *Plenty of free parking at this location. I needed a loose-fitting blue blouse very quickly and for the cheapest price possible. I've been I. This store before but don't remember buying anything. I gave this place a chance because I didn't want to go to the mall. I'm glad I came here because I found exactly what I needed. They also had plain black vnecks for about $5 that fit the way I like (which is hard to find than one would think). Both tops were on sale and therefore final sale. Given that the total for both items was less than $20 I wouldn't have wasted the gas to go and return them. The quality is reasonable. Many of the reviews were negative with respect to customer service. The employee who assisted me was very friendly. The only interaction was when I paid for the merchandise. I bought a few clothes from this place and one of the items was a dress I didn't try any of the items at the store and was told i can exchange. The bag with the items where in my car When I came to try it at home to were the dress on Valentine's Day cause I planned to wear it I saw the dress has a huge defect whole in it, I was super upset since I was going to wear it. I got so upset that I was sold a damaged item. So I went to the store today to exchange it and showed it to them, instead of them saying sorry that they sold me a damaged item dress , they were completely rude and not willing to help or exchange it and take responsibility for selling me a full price item that was sold damaged! The dress had its tag on it and I had the receipt and I showed them the damage they where giving me attitude about it telling me it's over their 14 business days exchange (It was 20 days) !!! They sold me a damaged dress I told them and they could care less about it. The manger was at the back 20 minutes I'm waiting for her to come and talk to her she could care less to come doing me a favor she is even interested to come or talk. Not like one of those fancy stores in the mall, or one of the stores in rodeo where you need a mortgage to buy a shirtZ just a nice store with prices that actually make you feel you want to buy staff. And we did. Got help from a friendly woman who assisted us finding everything we need. And the best part was when we finished and were ready to pay. It cost less than what we planned to spend. This store is usally a quick stop store. There clothes is very cheap material. I'm disappointed that during this pandamic store owners and managers aren't more understanding. How can we try on things of the dressing rooms are closed ! I got a one piece shirt and didn't fit me has I liked when I went to ask for an exchange I was told everything his finial sale and they don't except one piece at all. It doesn't not say that on the receipt or when checking it out! There needs to be wording of this rule when purchasing . The Fashion Q is the worst store! I went in a found 2 tops and asked what the return policy. I don't buy things I can't return for full refund. I asked and the lady said 2 weeks to return. Never said anything about store credit only. I love this place because the clothes are inexpensive and they're contemporary. They also have a plus section, which is great! Not that I shop in that section, but it's nice to see it there LOL... I sounded like such an asshole. Nothing wrong with big girls, I'm curvy myself! The shoes are awesome as well. They have many different styles that even though have no name, it doesn't really matter. They're actually made well and they're comfortable. Can't really beat that. You'll see clothes that you'll see at Forever 21 or those other stores at the mall, but this place is convenient and not as crowded. FYI: While I was in line, I overheard the cashier telling a customer that she couldn't return something at this particular store because she had bought the item at the Northridge location. Although the name is the same, they're not owned by the same people. So if you need to return something, go to the store from where you originally bought it. P.S. WORST STORE EXPERIENCE EVER. The store manager or the sales clerk or whoever she was. Was , to say the least. EXTREMELY, rude. She kept giving rude commands to the workers and while she stood and did nothing , she made her to all of the work. We went into the store and picked out clothes for almost $300! And when we went to go pay for the items , she said the card was declined , but I know how much money is on that card and the balance of it. I said "this isn't a credit card, use it as a debit" she refused to do it again and kept giving me an attitude saying it "doesn't matter." I was on my phone and looking around the store, he comes to me and says why you on your phone so much inside the store. He basically told me to leave because I was on a phone call while shopping. Bought a pair of jelly flip flops. Came home, took it out of the flip flops and guess what? The needle part of the sensor is still attached! My finger got hella poked the crap out! Seriously!? My cashier was some no emotionass Asian guy. All shoes are final sale and that's fine. But at least CARE for your customers if you want them to come back! The needle is pretty stuck into the flip flops. 2stars only cause they have cute&affordable clothes/shoes..... overall be careful of all items with sensor because during my visit there, another sensor came apart while I was looking at the bra. Stopped in here this morning, before going to Dollar tree for my July 4th supplies. I found a couple cute tops to try on. The lady said I could not try on this cute black body suit. WTF? How am I supposed to know if it fits. Then I asked can I return it if it doesn't fit? She proceeded to take it back to the rack. She obviously does not understand English. I chased her down, then another girl came over. I told her what happened. She said for hygienic reasons its not able to be tried on or returned. OK, I bought it anyway, and it fit fine. Most of the stuff in here is cheap crap. They had a lot of ugly colors and styles for summer too! The clothes are cute BUT you get what you pay for so don't expect the clothes to last for more then a few months . My biggest complaint has got to be the customer service ,especially the cashier. She looks completely miserable. She's rude , cold , and lacks every bit of customer service skills needed in retail . If you don't like it honey GTFO just saying . The two other women there I dealt with were not half as bad but they also lacked basic service skills . Stop making it such a horrible environment for everyone to shop in ! The store should have a disclosure on the front door that says "enter at your own risk "... This lady is so sour that she will ruin your entire day if you let her get to you... please take care of yourself from such a horrible experience... the prices nor the clothes are worth it. Horrible service: Cashier who I think is the owner was on a personal telephone call and behaving as if I was interrupting her when I was trying to make a purchase. She was the only person at the cashier register and no one else was around. Clothing: I purchased two pairs of pants. The clothes is cheap; one of the pair of pants had fuss after one wash; I won't be able to use them again. Second pair fit too small. Overall, the clothes is definitely not trendy and are poorly made with cheap fabric. Price: you do get what you pay for... cheap price - cheap clothes. On the bright side, Ross is about to open in the same shopping lot. Return policy: ridiculous... no returns! exchange only within 7 days... I tried to exchange a pair of pants that fit too small and the same person that was rude when I bought the pants would not exchange them for a bigger size because it was a few days past the 7 days. Driving home decided to stop in. They have great deals here. Of course the quality isn't the best but if you just need a lil something cute for just a few wears then its all good. For what ever reason all of the sizes including shoes run at least one size smaller than usual. If you wear a small, def gonna need Medium and if you wear Medium, def need a large. I bought a pair of sandals and I usually wear 6 1/2 and had to buy a 7 1/2. But you can't beat the prices here and the parking lot is huge. First time shopping here, I will def come back. read more
