By coincidence, my other friend was shopping with me same day, was paying cash for her multiple items and Sammy tried to give her $20 less in change. Certainly doesn't feel like honest mistake, given how she runs her business. Cheating her customers and also hiding behind the fact that her receipts don't show any itemization, just a date and total dollar amount, so there's no way to tell what she charged for which item.
