I go in the store and ask what time they close and she responds really annoyed. I then realize I have to use the restroom. I tell the cashier I had to use the restroom and was coming back. I come back and the store says it's closed for 30 minutes. I do wish the cashier would have told me she was going to be closing but it's obvious she didn't care. I had to leave and didn't get to shop at all. I get it's probably her break time so I do think it's the store's responsibility to hire enough people to accommodate customers. Also, when they put up a sign that they will be back in 30 minutes, most customers won't know if that was put up five minutes ago or 28 minutes ago. It's not helpful at all.

And this location is a huge one so there's almost a certainty that you will be able to find something that you need. And, because it's at the outlets, there are constant sales and discounts going on so you won't be paying top dollar for anything. Staff here is friendly, but nothing to praise. They're helpful and will greet you with a smile but they're not going out of their way to help you. For me, that's definitely a positive. I'd rather browse at my leisure than have someone constantly coming up to me if I need help finding anything. I'll let you know if I need help.

Two employees, who their name tags read as Evelyn and Kim, were extremely unprofessional. My mom simply asked if they had a certain size in an item. Kim checked and said it was available, then immediately turned around to Evelyn and Evelyn squinted her eyes and whispered, "Are you going to go?"--all while I was standing right there witnessing the whole thing. I genuinely don't know if they thought my mom and I were stupid or not paying attention, but the disrespect was obvious. I confronted her and told her directly that the way she looked at her coworker was not okay. And we clearly saw her making that face and asking Kim if she was going to go look for it. Instead of apologizing, she gave us excuses, saying the item was "probably in boxes in the back." When I said we would wait and she could go check, both of them kept the same attitude, kept staring at each other and did not move a muscle. Instead of staring at each other and giving us dirty looks like WE were the ones causing a problem I'm sure they could have found the item. They were clearly bothered, I'm still trying to figure out what card was played. It was just pure disrespect towards my mom. Not a single apology. Not a single ounce of professionalism. Just attitude the entire time, eyes filled with hate. It's employees like this that make customers not want to come back EVER AGAIN. OshKosh, please hire people who will keep treat your business & customers with respect. OshKosh corporate, needs to seriously address this behavior, because no customer should be treated the way we were. I will never recommend this particular store to anyone to go inside too, EVER AGAIN.

The lady from the Chinese place almost got me from her giving me sample of the orange chicken. The rest of the food hall is typical shopping center fare from pizza, Mediterranean, and cheese steaks. The food hall is smallish in relation to how much real estate these outlets have. Outside of the food hall on the property are Wetzel's Pretzels and Fatburger which has its own space for seating. In the early 2010s, I've visited Guess and purchased pairs of sandals. Was not really motivated to check them out. Did visit Nike, Adidas, and Puma. Puma was not busy and had pretty decent prices. Adidas was crazy busy especially with customers interested in FIFA World Cup gear from various countries. Nike was super busy too. If they had a TJ Maxx at this center, I would likely have found and purchased deals. The Regal Edwards movie theater is just a block away. Previous review! Overall these Outlets are A-OK!

The store is a great size with a good variety of styles at decently reduced prices. However, my wife was disappointed to see that they barely had anything in her size. It seemed like this location favors smaller sizes. At least on our particular trip and in the styles that my wife was looking for. Ultimately, we walked out without purchasing anything. Now, that's not to say that we just happened to go on a time when they were sold out of things in her size or whatever. I'm just pointing out that it is a possibility. That seems to be the gamble you take sometimes with outlets that stock last season's gear. Sometimes you hit a home run and sometimes you strike out. With all that said, it was a nice store with enough room to move around while also having a large variety of styles (as mentioned before) so there's absolutely no reason why we wouldn't come back and check out inventory the next time we are in the outlets. We're happy to check back in to see if inventory size selection has changed.
