The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. So, it's just a lopsided shopping experience in my opinion. Women, you are in for a great selection of great clothes at discounted prices. The workers took long to help me because they are usually doing things slow with every customer. They also look lazy because they just sit near the register or the back socializing and they don't act friendly whenever I went inside the store. REVIEW: Per usual, my shopping experiences at retail stores are ^always hit and miss. I've been to several Big 5's in the area and not one of my experiences has been better/worse than the others. Exactly. The. Same. I seem to interact with (at least) one great customer service employee, usually working in the shoe department. Most times I can find what I need in shoe, color, and size. When I ask a few questions about coupons and the like, the response is "you'll have to check up front". OK, no problama. When I spoke with the young employee about any coupon offers, it was as if i was pulling teeth from her. I also asked for a price check on an item I was interested in purchasing, and when I pressed further for it, she had an absolute flat affect that I wondered if she was was OK. (Literally). The price check inquiry ended up opening a huge can of worms as it wasn't in the system at all, etc. etc. The young manager came up and gave it his best shot, but to no avail. We are living in different times. However, if customer service isn't a deal breaker for you, I would recommend stopping by here. They seem to have a lot of items on the floor, but IMO finding your item still might be a hit/miss.

Somehow, there never seems to be a sizable crowd at this location - or at least whenever I shop. The shirts are very suited for men who like to wear textured tops. Most all of their polos can be worn to the golf course, particularly if you choose the ones with collars. If you choose a style without a collar, it's likely better suited for a regular night out in town. Their partner stores are actually golf related shops. If you have a handful of clothes to buy I would highly consider joining their rewards program and also perhaps leaving one piece of clothing from the purchase unless you can't afford a trip back.
