One employee, Lora, said, "I hope one of them falls," not realizing I was their mother and could hear her. That was extremely inappropriate and upsetting. If my children were being too loud or running too much, she could have simply asked me to have them stop. But wishing for a child to fall and possibly hurt themselves simply because they are laughing and having fun is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing behavior from someone representing Nike. I hope management addresses this.

I did however picked up two tops for myself and a pair of pants for my partner. Men's section is more limited but still fun to browse through. Smaller store because it is an outlet, but worth stopping in. Definitely noticed the inventory here had more women's sizes in the 0-2 range. The staff are all very nice and helpful. I lost one of my precious earrings in the changing room and when I went back two days later to inquire about it, they had it in their lost and found! They even have a jar of Milkbones for the fur babies! My dog certainly appreciated the treats.

I've been coming to this store for years and have always had great experiences. The store is clean,…read moreand the customer service is usually excellent. Today, I purchased a wagon and the young lady who helped me was amazing. She brought the item down, answered my questions, and even offered to carry it for me. She was incredibly kind and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. One thing I noticed was that while I was carrying the wagon through the store, the only employees who offered help were female team members. I passed two younger male employees who didn't check in, even though I was clearly struggling a bit. I wasn't expecting anyone to carry it for me, but a simple offer to help would have been appreciated. I also want to recognize the older gentleman outside who checked on me while I was loading my car and made sure I was okay. Overall, this is still a great store. My only suggestion is to encourage all employees to check on customers carrying heavy items. Maybe because I wasn't older or looked like I struggled but it was heavy and seeing me struggle a bit - A small gesture can make a big difference.

I had my heart partially set on a pair of brooks, and out of the kindness of her heart, even though she knew it wouldn't work out for me, she still brought them out for me to try. let me tell you, I wont doubt her again. Every reason she gave on why each pair would be good or bad came true right before my eyes the second I tried each of them on. I can tell that she puts passion and effort into the things she does and I really appreciated the genuine feedback and opinions she shared with me. Kailee is an incredible asset to Road Runner Sports and it was truly a blessing to have crossed paths with her. If you need some new shoes, walk in and ask for Kailee. The situation was eventually cleared up and it was confirmed that we had not taken them, but no apology was ever given. After being treated that way, we no longer felt comfortable returning and requested a refund for our membership. We were told over the phone that we would receive a full refund, but we were ultimately only given a prorated amount. The way the situation was handled left a very bad impression. We do not recommend this location and will not be returning.
