This place is awesome and has a mayor variety in sports attire , The reason im giving a 2 star is the fact the hat drops they have are great but they way it plays out some people cheat the system and make it unfair for the people who are singled out. I get the fact they play it smart and bring their whole family but some of us just want our size and hat I was int on 10/8/22 for a hat drop and seen one guy behind me end ip in front bought a hat goes back in line and buys another hat before i even got a chance to buy my hat. Then the manager seemed to allow it But the outcome is you have a high demand in a hat why not make more for those who dont get their size . read more

Stopped in yesterday to grab some gear before heading to the Dodger game. Danny and his crew are amazing! I found what I wanted and they even embroidered my jersey so it was done before we had to leave for LA. The store is stocked with plenty of items to choose from. if i could put zero stars, i would. literally the RUDEST people i've ever worked with. and they did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. i got a hat with my name on it for my boyfriend. The hat was too small on him and we got his normal size. (we have gotten one a few weeks ago and it fit fine with the embroidery) but they really messed this hat up. they refused to replace it and i will never return here again. The "Manager" named Ivan was the rude employee who refused to do anything for us. You can just tell the difference between both of the hats. read more

The sales people are very nice, and give great customer service. With their help, I ended up picking out a bunch of items as gifts and let them know that I needed separate receipts for every item. The supervisor/manager guy said that they would have to ring each item up separately. I told them that was perfectly fine, and I had time. They rang everything up on the same receipt, and gave me copies of the same receipt as my gift receipts. How rude is it to give 1 item to someone and their gift receipt have 10 other things on it? and it lists out all the other items. So there is a big difference between getting a $130 jersey and a $22 beanie. Anyway, I asked them why they did that, when we just went over the whole gift receipt thing, and the supervisor/manager guy got mad and rudely told me that he just gave me gift receipts for each item. I told him that these are not right and I needed separate gift receipts with one item on each. He said I would have to return all the items and have them all re-rung as separate purchases. Then I said that was fine, and when he realized I paid with my debit card he angrily said he would have to void the whole purchase and didn't want to do that. This was not nice. This was his mistake, and now I was getting bad customer service when I was trying to buy a bunch of items and give them my business. Honestly, the original salesperson who helped me out was so great, that I did want to come back and buy more stuff. BUT, the supervisor/manager guy was so rude, that I no longer wanted to be their customer. I was pretty upset, and I told him I just didn't want those items anymore, and said "Please void it all." He voided it, and instead of crediting the money back to my account, he gave me cash. So then I ended up having to make an extra trip to the bank on my way home just to deposit the money back into my account. Seriously? Way to screw up a good sale. read more

I just go to the Dodgers section near the entrance. They have Dodgers jerseys, tees, and hoodies for men, women and kids at the standard retail price. They also carry apparel for other teams and sports but I rarely look at that part of the store. I don't think this is a great store but at least it carries Dodgers' merchandise. I've always been coming here to buy most of my sports fan gear, specially since they have something for my all of my favorite teams. The sales associates are always friendly, have a great selection on jerseys, shirts, and hats; and the store is usually pretty clean. Their custom embroidery work isn't bad either. first of all ...WOW what a sport shop ...this place is the best sporting shop i've ever been in...i'm on vacation visiting relatives in Oxnard from L.A. last week i went to the liquor store when i was leaving this truck pull out he had a L.A. Rams licence plate frame(MY TEAM)i literally stop him and ask him where did you get that Ram licence plate frame at.. he said Pro Image in the mall said thanks went home. few days later i search for Pro Image got the address and began my journey ....i arrived at Pro Image about 6pm i found my L.A. Rams licence plate frame not only did i buy the frame i also got a Dodger jeresy a Dodger Spring Training Cap and a Rams Cap the staff were cool and knowledgeable about everything in the store great place to shop....a few days later i return back to Pro Image bought a white and black Dodger Jeresy long sleve Dodger shirt and im completely happy with all i got thanks to the crew at Pro Image read more
