If i could give this company zero Stars I would! Very undependable, unprofessional, and horrible customer service! I do not know how anyone uses this company. We used this company late last year for an important memorial the manager at the time took the order and changes and said they would have it finished in time and that was far from the case. Although Mgr. Greg was nice he delivered our order a few hours before our memorial service in a box- the shirts were threw in the box unorganized and no siZe order. We had to go through the box and find each size and we were on limited time only to find out some of the sizes did not match our order, some of the shirts design was missing/blank. Of course it was too late to correct in time for our ceremony. How could a company mess up an order for such an important event? Some people who paid for their shirts were very disappointed as there was no redo for the service, pictures etc. Fast forward to this year my sister had faith in the company after they corrected the misprints and she voted we use them for our Family Reunion July 2018. We worked with Greg again and were on track and assured things would be better he provided a quote etc. As we got closer to our event we were notified by Mgr. Matt that he would be working with us because he had to regroup his staff because of lots of customer service/quality of product problems. He stated he hired new employees who could count, proof-read and a manager with over 30 years experience. He stated he had to make these changes because this was his company and his customers and he didn't want to lose them. We felt secure with moving forward and he requested we pay for our whole order upfront period! No deposit, not half the order but in full! We obliged and did so even with the hesitation of some of our committee members who felt that was not a good deal. Once we communicated the number of shirts, turn around time, provided the screen picture, sizes, prices, and paid and approved the order it was a different story. He gave us a sample shirt we approved and were ready to move forward but then less then two weeks after we already submitted our order and paid he came back and said he could not get a certain size that he gave us a size chart for all of a sudden he could not get and then there would be different vendors for the youth shirts therefore different shade of red. We agreed, next it was another size (we're talking common sizes such as medium and 1x) he could not get mind this is less than 2 weeks before our family reunion. It was one thing after another until finally we demanded our money back and cancelled our order! I do not know the reason for the unprofessional and in capability of producing an order that was agreed upon by company and customer but that was the case! He had no desire to follow through even after full payment and his promise to meet our needs. I then had to search for another company in a weeks notice to produce a order of over 150 shirts in such a short time i receive several call backs and ultimately found a company that gave great customer service, professional, great quality of shirts, and accurate count with a great price! We are a big family with roots in Ventura county well known with lots of friends, associates, and coworkers in different genres. We definitely have good referrals To provide to them all and also referral of who not to use! Recommend doing your research and finding another company if your looking for 100% satisfaction in your order! read more

When I walked through their door to discuss what I needed they were very accommodating and made my experience easy and wonderful. SURFSIDE PRINTS, the worse place to order t-shirts or anything else. They take your order, confirm that they can complete your order, the sizes and the number amount. They take your check and cash it, wait two weeks before your event and tell you that they don't have common sizes and the child's color won't be the same as the adult color. This is after saying they could do every size, and the color we requested, the quote was requested several months prior. Once we started to work with the company on completing the order, we were treated like we were waiting for a hand out. To top it off this was a person that calls himself the OWNER that we were working with which makes it more heartbreaking, during the whole process he verbally blamed and bashed his employee's for almost destroying his company and how he had to fire several employees. Why would this be a customers business, but you the OWNER gave me and my family inconsiderate problems during the whole process of placing a simple order of T-Shirts. I witnessed others receiving VIP service, so I ask myself why wasn't myself and my family given the same Service. (WHY) read more
