I ordered some custom embroidered shirts, a couple years back and went in recently to have two more…read moremade. I specifically said that I like the shirts that I have but they are too big and so I'd like to order them in the next size down. When I got the shirts, they were incredibly too small so I went back to return them. They had all the information for my previous order on record. Turns out the shirts that WERE ORDERED FOR ME were a different model than the shirt that I had ordered before and the new size was incredibly different. When I tried to return them, I was told they would only give me 50% off on another two shirts. WRONG, I went there with a specific need and problem and I wasn't the one who ordered them. That's not the way you handle a mistake made on your end. I've referred a lot of people there over the years as well and that won't happen again and I will never be back. It should've been handled the right way the first time. Customer embroidered shirts by the way aren't cheap!

Based on…read moreother reviews it seemed like this was a good place for repairs, good price and quality work in a very uncommon trade. They quoted me and delivered on time and for a fair price but the quality of work was what impressed me the most. They really went above and beyond to try to keep the original look and making sure my expectations were aligned with reality. Their type of work is a true art form and usually above how the beer signs are originally manufactured. They replaced the entire portion that was broken and now my sign looks better than original! Since then I have gone back for t shirts for our company and Leo has gone above and beyond to help us out. They are quick and responsive to our needs. Couldn't recommend this shop enough!
