If I could give this review zero stars, I would. Not only was our order 48 hours late, causing a crisis for our event, the Eastwind staff appeared completely disorganized and unable to provide solutions when problems emerged. I paid in full and upfront for an order with Eastwind Screenprint that was to be completed on Wednesday. Two days later, Friday morning, we went to pick up our order at 10am--they didn't have our order ready. This was a problem because our event was that night. Eastwind assured us that they would remedy the problem and our order would be completed by 4pm that day; we should come by to pick them up at that time. At 3:30pm, we called just to check and were let down for a second time. Eastwind staff told us the order was still not ready, but they would start work immediately. We drove to the business at 4:30pm and spoke with Rick--we were let down for a third time that day. It seemed he had no idea about this order, the fact that it was two days overdue, or that we had attempted two previous pick ups. Rick brought us out to the shop where Edwin seemed to be running operations. They had not begun working on our product like they promised at 3:30pm. I told their staff that I was very disappointed in their inability to complete an order by the deadline. Fellow customer, I suggest you look elsewhere for another supplier who runs a more organized and reliable operation. read more

Recently when I went to see Rick, I had an urgent order for my U14/U17 girls field hockey teams. I needed some reversibles screened on both sides with my club logo. His graphic person, sorry forgot his name, was great. The normal turnaround for an order like mine is about one week, 5 business days, but he was able to get them to me sooner then this. Of the 3 men large- all 3 appear to be different sizes. Xl, L, M. Quality of material very poor- with thread coming un done on collar. One Women fitted large looks to be men large- with a stain under the logo. Called the store, and after talking to the salesperson- a promise that the boss will call us back - would not return for refund. Hats are ok. Avoid this store! read more

I have not have a great experience with this business. The first round they charged me for a shirt I never received. This round with them they encouraged me to go shopping for the shirts/color I needed since I could not find them in their catalogs. After I bought all of the shirts I wanted and was ready to print only then did they tell me their was a minimum amount AND THEY CHARGED ALMOST DOUBLE TO PRINT on them since it was customer product provided. So I was stuck and ended up having to purchase 20 more pieces from them to get the deal they offered. Then they ended up forgetting to print on 3 of the shirts I brought in but charged me for them anyway. So I am now waiting until next week to get the rest of my order. Nice people, clean store, but make sure you ask about all pricing up front and every detail in writing. read more

Our last order was prepared wrong and wasn't finished by the promised date, so we had to travel without our promotional shirts and ask Eastwind to ship some to us/ That package never reached us (because it was addressed incorrectly) so the shirts did us no good whatsoever, and after we picked up the remainder of our order from Eastwind, we found that a dog had urinated on most of the shirts!
