I would not recommend Eduardo's printing. Eduardo strung me along regarding a project for 5 days, saying he definitely had time and he would definitely have it done by the time I needed it. He kept saying he would send me a proof in twenty minutes or respond to my email. Finally, I gave up and had it printed elsewhere and they did an amazing job. I think it's great if he is busy but he should be straightforward and say that instead of stringing potential customers along. read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I am LIVID. I kept calling about headshots I needed printed, the man I spoke to couldn't get me off the phone fast enough - didn't ask me what size, what paper, etc. I called him again after I sent the pictures, and he told me to come pick them upon later. I asked if 5:30 was good and he said yes. THEY CLOSE AT 5!!!!! So I showed up and of course nobody is there. They made me late to an audition and wasted my time. read more

I was in a bit of a bind when I found Eduardo's Printing. I had to print out a few items and my home printer wasn't behaving well. Eduardo was able to get my job done better than I could have done at home and he did it quickly. I have done design work for many years and find Eduardo's love of printing and pride in his work quite refreshing. His shop is small and kind of crowded, but he has lots of equipment in there that can meet most printing needs. I live in west hills but will now drive the extra distance to have Eduardo print out many of my jobs. BTW, he also does solid design work if you need to get some graphics created. read more

I couldn't find anyone in Thousand Oaks area who would consider such a small order, or who could complete the job right before Christmas. Ok, here's the background : Its Saturday, about 2:45pm. I had to make 10 binders from a PowerPoint I busted my buns over all week, by Monday. I think: 'I'll go to FedEx', (kinkos in my mind). I knew my project wasn't easy, but it wasn't thaaat hard, I just needed someone to listen to me! I got there, one guy kinda half ass listened, told me to go make some copies. Then he says he leaving and 'that lady over there is going to help you' I said thank you, and continued to arrange my papers. From here, I stood at the counter for....58 mins!!!!! I wasn't completed ignored. A random person would come and ask me what I needed, I started to explain, they'd say, 'oh, ok...hold on' and the poof, another one gone. Long story short, I left, went to another place, the guy was nice but he wanted to get the F outta there, oh and...he would be closed on Sunday. By now, I was ready to have a stroke. I needed these by Monday, and I was loosing my mind. After a good cry, I YELPED, printing in my area. I found eduardos. I walk up, frustrated, crazed, and the door looks locked and closed. Then a man, clearly walking to his car says, do you need something? I said yes. Please! He opened his doors for me and made my books!!!! Was this man an angel? He was so kind, and he made it happen! Blood, sweat, and tears, literally! Please, please support your local small businesses! Eduardo was going to a party, all his family was waiting for him, and he stayed and helped me. Found a great little print shop. I had a lengthy booklet I was trying to print and bind, and other print shops I called were giving me estimates around 2-5 days at rather crazy costs. This guy was able to do it the same day despite my coming in towards the end of the day, and on top of that was more affordable than everyone else. He is sometimes a little busy and on the phone, but that's understandable. Good find. read more

When you walk in the shop, you might walk out politely because it's a bit disorganized on first appearances but Eduardo has come through for me again and again. He's just crazy busy taking great care of customers!! I just had him quote a pretty out of the box project for me. I couldn't even provide it in the file format he needed because I'm not a digital designer. He took my mock up and gave me an awesome finished product and a price that fit my budget, on time and even went above and beyond to collate the project, something I didn't have him include in the quote but saved me hours of time. Eduardo is a nice guy, but very busy and unorganized. Every job that we had him do for us was late and done wrong. We had to follow up with him multiple times via phone and email just to get the jobs done and then we shipped it out to a client and found out it was wrong. Our fault for not checking each of the several hundred art prints. We had him do some other print jobs for our business as well and it was also done wrong and had to be redone. He is cheap for a reason. Unfortunately we will not be back. read more
