She has moved her business to a new location and no longer offer the wide array of services she did in the past. Now, Xpressgrafix is primarily a Graphic Designer and Printer. Given the professional and impressive service I received every time I walked into her business, at the previous location, I'm sure this business offers the same level and quality of service in their new location. So, if you're in need of help with any print jobs, or need help from a Graphic Designer, I'm sure Xpressgrafix will offer the utmost professional and reasonable service. I appreciate the owner taking the time to inform me of the new information about her business. She's honest, professional and, obviously, savvy when it comes to business. Please consider Xpressgrafix for your next graphic design project and print jobs!

I volunteer for a non profit and I have never had to place an order to print (flyers and posters). I sent an email to XPRESSGRAFIX late at night describing what my project was, etc. In the morning she emailed me a quote. I then called the company and spoke to Sindy; by far the most professional sales associate I have ever met. I had some questions regarding printing prices (cuz we are non-profit), quantities, paper material (recycled), rubber stamps and Sindy answered each one of them in a very polite, clear and efficient manner. My flyers were printed and ready for pick up the following day! I hope she's the owner if not stays there forever because I want to do all my future orders with her. Thanks XPRESSGRAFIX!

He helped me to understand the different options of printing quality, paper, shipping rates, and he helped to fix my file --- all in one store. I can't tell you how helpful that was after many years of running around town trying to get things done at various places. I needed to print some artwork and ship it to the east coast. Joe had me send the file to him before coming in so he could take a look at it, he was able to get my file ready for print and by the time I came in the store he suggested different paper options. It was a quick and easy process - he had it printed and ready to ship so fast. The shipping process was even easier.

We had some other jobs recently with them also that went great - they printed business cards for my company and a client's in record time. The name says it all - they truly are pros. The guy behind the counter said that he won't print my return label even though he has a label printer. He requested that I pay to use their computer to print out the label on regular paper and have it stuck to the package in one of their slips that stick to a box. It is a UPS label and should be honored and printed at any location. The guy said that he knows other locations do that but this one doesn't. The guy tried to continue wasting my time, requesting that I placate him by paying for "computer time" or that I find somewhere else to print THEIR shipping label. Incompetent, annoying, and inconvenient. I waited to be annoyed in the car, so I just said have a great day and walked out before he could waste any more of my time. Please go anywhere else, you throw a stone in this town and your likely to hit a plaza with another UPS location.
