We have used this business in the past and had positive experiences, which is why I chose to use…read morethem again. Unfortunately, this last experience was extremely disappointing. When I dropped off my dresses, I was told they would be ready in approximately seven days and that I would receive a notification when they were completed. After not hearing anything, I gave it some time. Nearly a month later, with the event approaching, I stopped by their location at the town center to check on the status of my dresses, only to discover they were no longer there. I never received any notification that they had moved, nor did I receive any communication that my dresses were ready. I called the number on file to find out what was going on. After some time, they were able to locate my dresses and informed me that they were ready for pickup. They then provided me with a new address a few miles away. The most disappointing part came on the wedding day when we put the dresses on and discovered that one of the alterations had not been completed. After waiting nearly a month, receiving no communication, and having to track down my dresses myself, finding out that the work wasn't even finished was incredibly frustrating. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and quality control during this experience.

I specifically said that I like the shirts that I have but they are too big and so I'd like to order them in the next size down. When I got the shirts, they were incredibly too small so I went back to return them. They had all the information for my previous order on record. Turns out the shirts that WERE ORDERED FOR ME were a different model than the shirt that I had ordered before and the new size was incredibly different. When I tried to return them, I was told they would only give me 50% off on another two shirts. WRONG, I went there with a specific need and problem and I wasn't the one who ordered them. That's not the way you handle a mistake made on your end. I've referred a lot of people there over the years as well and that won't happen again and I will never be back. It should've been handled the right way the first time. Customer embroidered shirts by the way aren't cheap!

Well, I was looking to get some b & w copies out of a loose-leaf law book that…read moreI was returning to the library and called City Printing to confirm that they made small batch copies, they said yes, so I headed over. I was greeted by a pleasant employee, to whom I explained that I needed copies of a small number of pages from the binder I brought in. She said no problem and I handed her the first stack of 20 or so individual pages. I am assuming she was a new employee because she had to call someone to ask how to load the half sized pages I had handed her. After several minutes I looked up and noticed that instead of placing the stack into the auto-feeder, she was placing each page onto the glass, taking a copy them flipping it over to copy the back. I stopped her and asked why she was doing it like that and she said the auto feeder wasn't keeping the I pages straight (which was due to her loading them in backwards). I explained that the order of the pages was very important and I didn't have confidence that her method could ensure that so I asked her to return the originals. She did. I then asked if they could produce a life-size cutout of a cartoon character for a birthday party I was planning. She took my info and promised a call back with a quote after her boss got back from lunch. So that must be an epic lunch because it has been over a week and no call yet, soooo.....still waiting.
