I don't often write reviews but the outstanding service provided by the team at KTG Printing compelled me to drop one. Initially, I was working with another printer in the area but it fell through last minute. I rushed contacting several other printers in the surrounding vicinity. Most said they could not accommodate the order on such short notice, or could but were charging more than twice what I was budgeting for. I contacted KTG, spoke with Andres, explained my situation, expecting them to say they couldn't assist with the order, or quote me an exorbitant amount. To my surprise, not only did they say they could help me, but they provided an estimate that was way more reasonable than the competitors I reached out to. Additionally, the staff was professional, friendly, and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. The whole process was a breeze, and way more pleasant than the one I had with the original printer that fell through. The t-shirts were received on the agreed upon date as promised. They turned out great, and were a big hit with my family. I am wholeheartedly joining the chorus of other reviewers praising KTG. I will only be going to them for future projects. Called ktg printing last year for our boxing gym and we had about 600 shirts that needed our logo to be printed on it and theyre very professional they're always in contact with you showing you samples, placing of the logo etc and they really make sure you'll get what you want and they came through!!! all work was done within a few weeks which was really great! just last week I called KTG again for last minute shirt printing that we need for a fight and I needed it within 5 days and TBH I wasn't even hoping it'll get done on time because I do know that I also called them very last minute + this time we didn't have any shirts so they still needed to order the shirts wait for it to arrive and print our logos and Rob told me they will try they're best to get it done on time and guess what!!! they came through again and got the job done in time!!
