I went in to get a duffel bag embroidered, and it came out so perfectly! It turned out to be way better than I had expected it to be. The staff is very knowledgeable in what they're doing, and they're kind and patient, which makes it helpful when you ask for guidance if it is your first time doing something like this. It's decently priced (I paid about $15 for a name on the duffel bag), and they have you pay after you receive your product. Keep in mind that they might be stacked with a lot of orders, so your order might be pushed back a little so be mindful of the time of year when you go (especially since it's near CSUN, and a lot of people from Greek will go to get their letters done at a certain time of year). I went during a time when they weren't as busy. I went on a Friday morning and was able to pick it up by the following Tuesday (they're not open weekends).
