From the very first phone call she was extremely helpful and professional. I explained my situation and she immediately told me to come in and that they would take care of me. When I got there, Joyce explained that I should have received my logo files in all the necessary formats after paying for digitizing, which the other shop failed to do. HD Designs went ahead and properly digitized my logo the right way so my shirts could finally get done correctly. I was also looking for a very specific custom thread color that the other shop wanted to charge extra for because they didn't carry it. Joyce had no problem ordering the exact color I wanted at no extra charge. That level of customer service honestly stood out. Communication was excellent, turnaround time was excellent, and the quality of the shirts came out amazing. Everything was completed within a week and the embroidery looks super clean and professional. You can tell they actually care about their customers and the quality of their work.
