Less than a week ago, I needed 15 messenger bags embroidered. I contacted Lori Banks at A Thread Ahead, and she gave me a fair price for the embroidery. My bags turned out beautiful. They helped me pick the right colors and even provided a sample before we proceeded with the embroidery. The amazing part is that I seemed to be as important a customer as the major clients they serve. While I was turning my Mother's Day/Father's Day sweatshirts in to be personalized, not just with names, but with full quotes, different on every garment, I saw them complete an order, also of sweatshirts, that were mailed to the purchaser and required forty large packing boxes and yet Matt, contacted me many times about my very small order making sure that I liked the lay-out as well as the font style.
