Very, very poor customer service!! Would never return phone calls. I worked with them for aprox 21/2 months, the majority of my orders were late. On occasions if I didn't call to see the status of my order they wouldn't have stated the order!!!! Their excuse was always "We are a small business and are very busy" If you want to avoid headaches...stay away from their business!!!! read more

I was a bit skeptical about trusting someone else. We came upon The Discorvertee. And they truly took care of us. They are 100% Professional. Their turn around time is fast. The Discovertee shop is hands down one of the most professional & fast paced custom printing businesses I've ever stepped in, if not the best. I was greeted as family, brought my idea to the front desk and in a matter of minutes, their graphic designer was showing me step by step on how my artwork is transferred from a computer to their embroidery machine then onto a hat. Their communication skills are of high standard which assured me they know their craft and made sure I was satisfied with my embroidered design to the core. I will definitely be coming back to this business and highly recommend this establishment! Keep up the good work! - "Life's a Beach". read more

We finally found it! Its in a heck ofa spot. We were greeted nicely. They were very pleasant and helpful. Things like this, always work better when you buy in large quantities. I had a challenging project. I feel, maybe easier or large orders may be more worth the time, money and energy for them. Makes sence. On the reviews I read, it sounded as if they can tackle any job. Apparently, not. My dreams were kinda crushed. It's pretty amazing how each location I visited what they could or could not do.( I did end up finding a "can do" place.) There's a place for everyone, unfortunately not this time. May use them at a different time with a different projects. read more

These guys at the discover tee have my vote as the best screen printers in LA. The quality of the work they do is unquestionable. I started a clothing company and online magazine last year, and Jose and and Andrew have been nothing but great to me and my company. Always helpful and always wanting the best for us. They printed out or first order of shirts last year and It was a done deal from that day forward. I never considered another screen printing business after that. They really go the extra mile to make sure we're nothing but successful. They give me no reason to not recommend them to the world. I've got nothing but great things to say about this business and they will always have me as a returning customer. My brand and online magazine is actually planning to do an article on Jose as the best screen printer in LA, the quality is THAT up to par. read more

We spent a fair amount of time searching for shirt-printers, for our cost-sensitive print run for a family event. Spoke extensively with several L.A.-based places, as well as international shops based in China, Pakistan, and Canada. We went with The Discovertee due to several factors. They offered a great price, AND had many samples of their high-end work on display. They also fielded all my questions, and had a graphic designer in-house who knew his way around all the Adobe tools. The final factor revolved around the fact that we needed to print shirts in many sizes, ranging from Youth-Small to Adult-2XL. And unlike a few other print shops that aimed to reduce costs by just making one plate, and having it show up large on the kids shirts and small on the adult ones, they immediately recommended separate plates to meet our sizing needs. And they turned out great! Short production time, high-quality soft material, and the design really pops. Nice family operation there, too. Even though they are a 45-minute drive from our home, we would definitely return there for future projects. read more

Professional; Jose has a graphic designer on staff and sent me my proof within a day. He has a large warehouse/storefront... This is an actual business not your cousin's tio's friend. Jose had my order of 50 tshirts done in three days, WAY before the date of pickup was scheduled. The owner (Jose) is approachable and fair in his pricing. Stop driving to and from downtown looking for that good deal; your deal is in Pacoima. I know i'll be spreading the word to sports teams on the high school campus i teach at... Just as i'm spreading it to you. I'll definately be returning to discoverytee for any future screening needs. read more
