Very, very poor customer service!! Would never return phone calls. I worked with them for aprox 21/2 months, the majority of my orders were late. On occasions if I didn't call to see the status of my order they wouldn't have stated the order!!!! We finally found it! Its in a heck ofa spot. We were greeted nicely. They were very pleasant and helpful. Things like this, always work better when you buy in large quantities. I had a challenging project. I feel, maybe easier or large orders may be more worth the time, money and energy for them. Makes sence. On the reviews I read, it sounded as if they can tackle any job. Apparently, not. My dreams were kinda crushed. It's pretty amazing how each location I visited what they could or could not do.( I did end up finding a "can do" place.) We spent a fair amount of time searching for shirt-printers, for our cost-sensitive print run for a family event. Spoke extensively with several L.A.-based places, as well as international shops based in China, Pakistan, and Canada. We went with The Discovertee due to several factors. They offered a great price, AND had many samples of their high-end work on display. They also fielded all my questions, and had a graphic designer in-house who knew his way around all the Adobe tools. The final factor revolved around the fact that we needed to print shirts in many sizes, ranging from Youth-Small to Adult-2XL. And unlike a few other print shops that aimed to reduce costs by just making one plate, and having it show up large on the kids shirts and small on the adult ones, they immediately recommended separate plates to meet our sizing needs. And they turned out great! Short production time, high-quality soft material, and the design really pops. Nice family operation there, too. Even though they are a 45-minute drive from our home, we would definitely return there for future projects. read more
