As they say, it's your first encounter that leaves a good or bad feeling about a company. I was very impressed with Imagination Work. I spoke with the owner (Edward) about the specs and the wording of my 'coming soon' sign at Phenix Salon Suites-Diamond Bar. Within 1 hour, it was completed. In fact, it was completed, delivered and installed the same day. That's service. read more

These guys are awesome!! Been using IW for years... the service only gets better! Their work outshines large online print sites. Mostly because you can still talk to a professional in person. I'll email them and then phone to confirm pricing, file check, and ETA. The fact that they are local, we save on shipping. It's always a pleasure picking up artwork. Print quality is great! For the sixth star if Yelp went up to six stars, they will refer you business. From banners, cards, wraps, flyers... you name it, your print marketing will turn out nice. read more

Over promised under deliver!! This place is crap!! I got a work proposal for my vehicle to get wrap with a 3M product which I got sold on the idea, I figure i will help the local businesses in the area and get me a good product installed. I got my box truck wrap and found out the product that was use was not a 3M. I call the owner out on it to make it right since the wrap is failing apart after two week has not call me back after leaving messages. It gets better my truck gets keyed in my house what a coincidence, thank god i have cameras all over my place and my neighbors do to. I will see you in court, field a credit card dispute. And have the BBB on this. read more

Responsive, fast and attentive to my printing needs. The quality and turn around is second to none!

Talk about going over and beyond!! So I had ordered some invitations via eBay from china to save $$ and little did I know I was responsible for printing and let's be honest I had no idea what I was doing. Frantic and stressed I started looking up places on yelp and I came across this local shop near my home. Blessing in disguise . I called and spoke with Alex we spoke of my dilemma, I went in the next day and I felt immediate relief. She was EXTREMELY helpful and informative showed me different options, styles and I felt confident in leaving this in their hands without hesitation. Eber worked on the design we had in mind and I was impressed, they went over and beyond with every detail. I highly recommend this place, not only are their designs on point, their response/work ethic is impeccable. I'll add photos soon so that you can see for yourself. read more

I work for a nonprofit. They messed up our request to enlarge and print the lower portion of an image horizontally onto a board. When we went to pick it up, they'd enlarged the entire image and printed it vertically. When we asked for a refund or reprint, they took days to respond. When I finally called - the response was that they would charge us exactly the same amount to reprint it correctly. We took a pass. This would easily have been avoided if they'd sent a PDF proof of the job for review. It would easily have been resolved with a free reprint. Even a discounted reprint for their error would have been better than offering no compensation at all for it. Thanks. The cancer patients that rely on the work we do will be thrilled to know how much this company cares for their well being. read more

Twice i had my coworker drive out of his way to pick something up here for me after calling and confirming that it was in stock only to get a story about the item not being cut and would need to come back...They told him to come back today that they would have their worker cut it first thing this morning so they had all day to get it done, and after he arrived they wouldnt even open the door for him after 45 minutes even though he was standing at their door and waving onky to be ignored ...Will definately take my bussines somewhere else... read more
