DO NOT USE!! Terrible customer service. Needed my ice cream cart wrapped on two sides. Very simple job. They lost my service order twice and I had to Use my own receipt for them to Make copies since I didn't lose my paperwork. Showed up for my appointment time at 10am on the day they told me to and they didn't even know who I was and hadn't even started my order yet. The guy behind the desk was very short with me and seemed annoyed at me that I was there. I asked if I could see and approve the image once it was printed and before they put it on my cart and he said no, they won't let me approve the wrap before it goes on the cart. So I asked for a refund of my deposit and I left. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I'm reading the reviews and it shocks me because we did NOT get the quality of work that everyone seemed to receive. My parents will be celebrating their wedding anniversary and we asked for nice print outs to attach to their wedding favors. We trusted their design team to create something for us and we received mediocre work. We paid $40 for the small heart design that I could have easily designed in a library computer and printed for 10 cents a page and paid a max of $2.00. I'm sure their intentions are good but we were greatly disappointed in what we paid for. read more

Most of the businesses are same that if you get comfortable with them, they take you for granted. No respect for more business and will give you a run around. I have the same problem with Andreas now. The sign that he made for my business earlier is broken now, because someone rammed his tow truck on the Business sign. I have tried to get the quote from him from past 4 days and they don't even care to reply anymore. It really sucks that how you are treated as a new customer and how they treat you (ignore is the best word) after they get the business and get comfortable with them. read more

I search all around the Northridge/Reseda area for a place that for put a decal on my office door. I didn't think it would be that difficult. After 7 different places either didn't answer, never called back or showed up. A hero stepped up. Design 4 U asked me to email them my design. Within 5 hours they came and installed the decal on my door. What incredible service. I will not work with any other customizing business again.
