This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.

I was able to print the label, albeit with some difficulty. The computers were malfunctioning so it took me longer than expected. I would like to see them upgrade their computers because they were very slow. The attendant was pretty helpful but he seemed busy and could probably use some help. There was only one employee working there. But at the end of the day I was able to print the label and ship my item. I think if they could make some small changes the experience would have been better.

She needed me to send something overnight and I wasn't sure if I had made the cutoff time. When I walked in, I was greeted by Bertha, who was incredibly bubbly and welcoming. She quickly asked for the destination zip code and let me know it was still possible, which was such a relief. I ran back out to my car to grab the three boxes, and before I even made it far, Todd walked out from inside the store to help me. What a gentleman! Not only did the gesture completely surprise me, but he picked the three heavy packages from me like it was nothing. I couldn't believe the level of service. When I got to the counter, Agustin helped finish everything up and was just as kind and helpful as everyone else I had encountered. The whole team was warm, efficient, and genuinely friendly. What started as a hectic errand in the middle of a busy day turned into such a smooth and pleasant experience thanks to this amazing staff. I haven't stopped talking about it since. I just need 2 copies made from an original photo. Thats all. Color Images replies saying it was $5 and can be done while I wait. I replied to confirm and they said it was easy and to come on down. So I send my husband in the following day to drop off the picture. After dropping it off he calls me back and tells me how rude the guy at the counter was to him and just how complicated he made a simple task seem. He said the guy acted like it was just a huge inconvenience, asking several questions for what should be simple and self explanatory and complaining that they normally do larger jobs , blah blah blah. At the end of the day I hadn't heard back from them as promised to let me know it was ready. I was already on a time crunch, because I intended this picture as a gift to someone who was visiting so I stopped by to see if it was finished (4pm, drop off was 9am) and the guy said "Oh, I forgot, let me warm up the machine". About 10 min later I have the copies. Now remember, I specifically asked for a color print of a glossy photo and they specifically responded that they can provide this. What I got was AWFUL. It was a morphed, discolored, paper copy. Common sense dictates that if someone asks for a copy of a glossy photo then theyd get a glossy photo in return. Its was so terrible. I think he even tried to balance the color, which made it worse...... The original photo was taken is soft lighting but it came out like it was red..... I dont even know how to explain it other than it was absolute garbage. Like I said, maybe they do good work on large print jobs but this place had no business reaching out to me when I was specific about what I was looking for AND the guy who is at the service desk is rude and unprofessional. I dont care about the measly $5. I care that my time was wasted and that both my husband and I were treated poorly. Oh, and I had to ask for my card back because he didnt return it at the end of the task and yes, he forgot because he sent me on my way before giving it back. I drove straight to CVS and printed out a perfect glossy duplicate for under $1.00, self service, took 3 minutes, the picture wasnt damaged or bent like I had feared which is why I did not go in the first place and no drama.

She listened attentively, and immediately understood she needed to escalate. It was an excellent call. Then comes manager Fernando... Fernando proposed options, clarified constraints and limitations, and he ultimately delivered exactly what I was looking for: a super comfy desk seat, at a great price. We are talking excellent customer service--as good as it gets. I've been coming to this office Depot for years, and I always find what I'm looking for. The prices are always reasonable, but the customer service is the best part. And my last visit was so exceptional, that I decided that I finally needed to leave this location a well deserved five star review. Even as we were saying goodbye, Fernando thoughtfully informed me that it would take about 30 minutes to assemble the seat. I hadn't asked, but I appreciated him letting me know. It felt good knowing what I was getting myself into and that it shouldn't be too difficult or time-consuming. It was just a thoughtful comment.
