Highly Recommend! We needed help installing a smart lock, and did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable in how they should work. He also helped us with our door jam so the door shut better. Very polite and always on time. Prices are very reasonable. read more

Joseph was on time, efficient, and came in with the best price. I would highly recommend him!

5 STARS MOBILE LOCKSMITH is an understatement!!!! Should earn 10 stars, truthfully.. Joseph with Valley Keys & Locksmith is professional, experienced, and very honest!. He offers a wide range of services for keys & locks on commercial, residential, and auto with years of expertise. He is responsive, and timely. Actually showed up earlier to fix door lock for my brother's broken latch, thumb press, springs, & door lock. I suggest you text him photos of issue in advance for proper analysis. See the sad BEFORE pics for broken springs & latch.. Joesph gave a reasonable & competitive quote, especially when prices have inflated everywhere. He also accepts credit card payments, but cash is best to support him as a small business owner. Given the challenges with the preexisting drilled hole in the door, he was able to get creative & install the brand new Kwikset after the initial Schlage replacement brand didn't fit correctly. He adjusted the door hinges & tightened the exterior base border as a courtesy. He also made extra copies of the keys. Extremely knowledgeable & kind. Works very hard & cares to make needed repairs properly. He kept going back & forth to his vehicle to grab all the necessary tools & parts. He also tested the duplicates to ensure it was working. Also, the fake Yelpers with the invalid horrible 1 star reviews are wrongfully trying to sabotage his business. This should be reported to Yelp as fake & completely out of character to his other validated stellar 5 star reviews. Just awful when Joseph relies upon his reputation & professionalism. Highly recommend Joseph & will def send him more referrals. Support expert small business owners bc we need professional experts with integrity. THANK YOU JOSEPH for your dedication, much appreciated !!! read more

Joseph at Valley Keys & Locksmith is very professional, friendly and honest. Price? After comparing several locksmiths, I found his rates to be extremely reasonable (a nice surprise). This is a mobile locksmith service, so Joseph came to our home and helped us with keys for our car. His locksmith skill is evident in how quickly he took care of our problem. And he communicated with us to confirm the appointment before he arrived. No up-sells, no last minute surprises. It's why I said, Joseph is "very professional" and honest. If you need a local locksmith around the San Fernando Valley, call Joseph at Valley Keys & Locksmith. read more

Full disclosure- I called Joseph for a price quote because I had a job done that seemed expensive. He had me text him photos of the door/lock and got back to me right away with a price that was lower than what I had just paid elsewhere. I got a good feeling about him. I won't hesitate to call him for future work! read more

Prompt and communicative. Straightforward with pricing and reasonable. I needed a mailbox key replaced (it broke inside the lock!) and they took care of it next day after I messaged about the situation and asked for a quote. They asked for pictures to confirm they could provide the service I was asking for - smart! I was able to pay via Zelle and all worked out without a hitch. read more

Valley Keys and Locksmith is a miracle worker! I bought an old used 2003 Honda S2000 with only one very worn down original key. Several other mobile locksmiths in the area came and failed to successfully replicate my key because it's so old and out of specs with the locks on the car; they had to cut several keys in their attempts to get it to work but they all failed. This gentleman came and assessed that my original key was so worn down that it cannot even open the other door and trunk locks on my car. He was able to successfully replicate my old worn down key to reproduce a new key that could open my other locks and most importantly turn my ignition. He also programmed the immobilizer chip in my new key to be recognised by my car! If you're looking for an experienced locksmith to do things that others have failed, save yourself the time and trouble and go straight to this gentleman. His price was also more competitive than the other guys as well. He texted me that he was able to come ahead of our scheduled appointment and showed up on time and acted extremely professional. I could not be happier with his service, would definitely recommend friends, family, and keep his contacts for future jobs. Thank you sir! read more

Joseph is amazing! We got our door locks rekeyed and he was so fast to respond and was able to give the best price. He genuinely cares about people and makes sure that you get an awesome service. I got myself locked out the next day and called him but unfortunately he was doing another service at North Hills. He called back and told me to make sure to ask for price because other places would charge an arm and a leg to unlock the door. He was only going to charge me $50 and other places charge close to $100. So glad we found him!He is reliable and honest and offers great service! read more

In the process of selling my home and needed my locks rekeyed. Called him yesterday and he was willing to come out same day, but we needed early next morning. He was on time, and super friendly. I really loved how responsive Joseph was. He was the first person to bid on my job when I sent out a request for locks. He was communicative throughout the day of his appointment and let me know he could arrive early if it worked for me (it did). At that point he gave me another 30 minute heads up before his arrival. I really appreciate knowing what's going on because it helps me plan for my day instead of waiting indefinitely for someone to arrive. Joseph was quick to repair an issue with our door and quickly make keys. Although needs for locksmiths aren't regular he is my new point of contact for this kind of service should I ever need it again! read more
