Great company! Had an excellent experience all around. When I first called and explained what I needed done to Eddie, who answered my call, he understood and gave me a quote right away. I wanted to get my lock changed that day. He said he would send his tech, Gili out within a couple of hours. Gili arrived quickly, was very profesional and friendly. I had explained I was also having another problem with the lock as it was old, beside needing to have the key reset. Gili, was right on top of it. Handled it quick and efficiently. It's like I have a whole new lock, without having to change it! Very happy with the whole experience. Would recommend highly and use this company again if I have a need for a locksmith. read more

Our front door latch broke and in reading yelp reviews , LD Locksmith was highly rated . I called in the AM and Eddie answered and scheduled an appointment later that same day ( around noon time ) . Eddie arrived and replaced the latch . He wore a mask the whole time and was very organized . The charge was very reasonable too . I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and highly recommend LD's services for locksmith needs ! Thank you Eddie ! read more

After we had a break in we decided to install locks on our gate and closet. Eddie was wonderful through the whole process including providing options with pros/cons of each. He did a great job installing the locks on redwood side gates without damaging the wood itself which we were worried about. He was punctual and treated us with care and respect during the whole process. He also fixed some existing issues we had with a closet door while here. In the middle of our visit we had an epiphany to install a smart lock (Nest Yale) to guard our closet and he was able to accommodate on short notice during the same visit. I highly recommend. read more

Wow! Saved my day! I went grocery shopping, threw my wallet and keys in grocery bags at checkout. Put the bags in my trunk -with keys inside. It was about 4pm on a 100 degree Saturday. I immediately jumped on Yelp and he was close by and "open" 24 / 7! He arrived in Reseda in 15 minutes! Had the car open in less than 5 minutes! I was amazed! And he was so nice! The best part: the groceries were all perfect. Bought all refrigerator and freezer items and they were still cold! Wow! Thanks for saving my day! Will shout your praises and will use again, if needed! read more

Wow! What an absolutely wonderful experience I had with Niro. Fast, efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. My key fob broke off in the ignition, and there was no spare key. Within 12 minutes of arriving I had two new fully functioning keys. I already referred Niro to my friend who owns one of the best know auto collision shops in Orange County. What a find he will be for them...and for you. Bravo, Niro. All the best. Tim M. 43 year Irvine resident read more

I called Eddie in the morning and he set my appointment for the same day, just a few hours later. We had him rekey our guest house because we never received keys for it when we bought the house. He was extremely professional, very kind and also communicative - he called about 10 minutes before he arrived and let us know when he was outside our gate. I really appreciate the great work that Eddie did and I saved his number in my phone as he will be the only locksmith I call from now on! Thank you Eddie!
