So my wife locked us out of the house and I called this company. Some skinny kid in a white Lexus came and said he would charge around $100 (including the $30 service fee for the drive). When he arrived he didn't even try to open it and said he would need to drill it for $250, and then charge an additional $250 for a new lock. When I said absolutely not, he then said he could take $200 off if I wrote a good review, to which I said, so you can do this cheaper? I made the decision to say no because the vibe he gave me was just horrible business so then told him no and that it's way too expensive to just pick a lock. While I was trying to pay him the $30 for the drive, he kept lingering saying the charge is supposed to be $50 for the service drive instead of $30. WHAT A ******* COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I called another company and they were able to pick the lock for $160 + $30 service drive. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

Within ONE minute of posting my project, Daniel got back to me and after a few more minutes of discussing the project, he gave me a flat rate that was reasonable. Actually, almost too good to be true and so I asked him a lot of questions because frankly I didn't want him to come out and then tack on more fees. He very patiently answered all my questions and reassured me that there were no additional fees. I needed a super old safe opened, I didn't know the combination nor did I have the key. Daniel took the time to explain the difference between opening the safe forcefully (with no damage to the contents) as opposed to lock picking.
