Terrible locksmith business misleading its customers. Found this place online and indicated open for business. Showed up for a key copy only to find a closed locksmith hut with open signs posted in public and an hours of operation sign on the window informing general public that it was in fact open for business but no employees to be found. Huge waste of my time. Called the info line for this business and I was told it was closed for business that day (Sunday) despite the posted signs indicating otherwise. Very unprofessional business. Meh. Really did not enjoy my experience with this business. Very rushed, chaotic energy from the tech, and not excellent work. My regular guy was unavailable so went with Key Zone. Changed out a door handle but it wouldn't latch - not their problem. Every other locksmith I have worked with is down to trouble shoot. Turns out he just put the plate on incorrectly. Installed a Yale lock- had to have my regular guy tighten it up. Very over priced. Wanted to charge $175 to rekey a lock and my guy does it for $45. Work was done- but really have zero reason to go back to this business. read more

They switched drivers and didn't tell me, had me waiting in the freezing for 90 mins when they said it would take 20 mins, and then wouldn't unlock my door until I agreed to a crazy price! Afterwards I got a hold of the owner upset. I had lost my job due to the time discrepancy. I begged for a slightly lower price as I am not completely broke but going through it. Would give Zero stars if I could. My mother's car and keys were stolen and we called them to come change the locks on only two doors at her home (not a deadbolt). They originally said it would be $200 and after finishing the job he said it was $875. It took him less than 10 mins to change the locks. Boy was I freaking out when I left my keys in my house 7pm at night. And of course it was when my husband was out of town. I quickly called my husband and of course he went straight to Yelp. Key Zone already great reviews and offered services 24/7 so why not right? Called the number listed immediately got in touch with a human thank goodness. I couldn't catch his name because yenno nerves. He took down my address and let me know someone would get back to me within 10-15 mins and show up between 20-40 mins. Sure enough Zack called me about 15 mins later and let me know he was about 10 mins out. Zack was so nice, he definitely made me feel at ease! He tried his best not to damage my door and after about 10 mins he was able to get my door open! He made sure he cleaned up any mess that had happened and double checked my lock that it was in working order. I'm super thankful that they were so responsive and got the job done. Hopefully I'll never have to use them again! But if someone ever needs a locksmith I'll be recommending Key Zone. read more
