What a spectacular place. The staff here is the best, so professional. What they say they will deliver is only half of what they actually do. They are so attentive, great communicators, and they make you feel that you're getting the best product and service. read more

I love this place! I'm a local business owner and get all my printing done here. They're fast, efficient and pricing is great. The owner, Al, is an awesome guy. He always greets me by name and gets me out of a bind when I have a last minute printing job. I've gotten all sorts of jobs done here---from flyers to greeting cards to sending out a fax. If you need a good printing place, this is definitely where you need to go! read more

Friendly, welcoming, neighborhood family owned print shop. Very efficient and professional. Most recently they helped me out with getting some last minute invitations done for my wedding. For my grandmothers funeral they came to my rescue, they were extremely helpful with all the prayer cards and picture collages that were used for the service. read more

The lack of professionalism has left me floored. This printing company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The girl inside has such a rude face and tone when speaking. She basically makes you feel like you are a bother and not wanted here. We asked to make flyers, 500 b and white was $20 and for the two strips of color we had was $100, what kind of a price difference is that. The flyers were printed on printer paper. It's better for you to print at home. Never coming here again. read more

I'm very happy with their service. They have wonderful staff that helped printing, brochures, post cards, banners, and a lot. Pricing is reasonable. I recommend this service to everyone. read more

I would not recommend this place. Contradictory to their name, their service is not professional at all! I would say it is downright non-existent. I was extremely disappointed with my experience here that I've informed my technicians and administrative assistant of my experience and why I felt the way I did. In the end, everyone agreed that the customer service is bad and the prices are excessive. In my case, I called to have tags fabricated. On the initial call I was insistent on coming in to show the personnel what I needed and to verify that the print would be correct. However, the man on the phone was adamant that everything would be great because of 2 previous orders and no proof was ever emailed to me--being my first time I did not know proofs were provided, hence my insistence on coming in. Well, insufficient to say, everything was not okie when I picked up my order as it was not what I wanted. The fault was on both sides of the party--mine for not being insistent enough, and theirs for not sending me a proof--instead they pinpointed blame on my not requesting a proof and forced me to pay for a re-print. I ended up paying full price for the bad ones (~$300) that I returned to them and a discounted price ($200) for the good ones, total of ~$500. When I arrived for pick-up, which should've been a quick and simple transaction, my invoice took 10mins to print, indicating lack of organization and making me late for my next meeting. Additionally, where time I dropped in or called the girl (Gabby)on the phone/front desk was never pleasant. Her tone and facial expression was rude, mirthless, and condescending. I was never helped immediately, even when I was the only customer present with 3 employees in the office--I was always informed "Someone" will be right with me and thinking why that "someone" was never the person telling me that. I'm critical of this place because a professional printing company should be just that, professional. Next time, I will go to Kinko's or another printing company in Valencia or the valley. read more

I love these guys. They've never done me wrong, have given me discounts for all the work i send their way, and always deliver on time. I don't know what Mark B. is talking about. These folks are more than kind and are totally on it. 5 stars! read more

I've always used Professional Print Shope in San Fernando, CA, for 20 years...they have NOTARY SERVICES... Besides document copying, they can also receive email with attachments (such as PDF files) so that these files can be printed... They can also scan documents in PDF format and email them to whatever email you want... Finally, since covid, they've been my lifesaver because the libraries are closed... Thank you Al, Sylvia, Gabbie, Anthony (Notary), and Frank... read more

My sister recommended this place. I've used them for my wedding and baby shower invitations; they are reasonably priced and the product is beautiful. I'm highly satisfied with their service. Most importantly, the purpose of this review is that I (about 3 months ago) had Frank help me with my babies baby shower fingerprint tree guest book and he took time out of his schedule to fix details on my project and printed them that very same day. Differently; situations like this one is that make me highly appreciative of businesses such as yours. Many thanks to Frank! I will be coming in soon for holiday greeting cards. read more
