After the previous owner sold the business, it was taken over by a family-owned business, with Allie and his wife now running the location. I have been very pleased with the service I have received from them. Allie and his wife have always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating whenever I have needed assistance with my packages and orders. There have even been times when I needed to pick up a package but was running late. Allie has gone out of his way to stay and wait for me so that I could pick up my package rather than having to come back another day. NEVER have your package shipped/dropped here for pick up. They state that FedEx never delivered my package here and that it is my problem and to step aside. I called FedEx while not stepping aside and then they called the store, and they told FedEx the same thing. I've been with this MailBox for over 20 years and I have met few Owners that was there before but I could say the Owners now are husband and wife and they are awesome, they are friendly just nice people They give excellent service. They really take care our Mail and Packages. They are so easy to work with and this is the only place I can trust my mail and all my deliveries. The place has been going steadily downhill for over a year now, but under the new owners it's terrible. Do not go here. The manager, Chris Escalante, is unprofessional and opened up my bank account information with my personal, private confidential confirmation. I never asked for my bank mail to be opened but he LIED and said I did! So now he has my account number and balance information. I have reported this to the U.S. Postal Inspector General again. On my email I have the proof that I never request my bank mail to be opended like he falsely alleges. The owner, never called me back nor emailed me back. This is a terrible business. I sent my son there once to pick up a package for me. Erick called me to verify that was my son and that I approved of him picking up my mail. So, your mail is safe with Mail Fast USA. The owner here is really great! I needed quick help taking a digital passport photo for an app and he was more than happy to help! the guy at the front desk, Eric, was extremely slow and unorganized when I was ordering business cards, I had to go back-and-forth with him several times, then I come in and they want to charge me to tape up a box before shipping , then I ask for an email confirmation that something has been shipped, and he said it would take a couple minutes and thats too long for him to email it to me wow talk about lazy, meanwhile there's no one else in the store but he's too lazy to do something that takes two minutes there's also a blond woman who works there and she didn't even know how to use the computer when I came in to get help, and she said even though she owns the place she only works part time and doesn't know how to do everything read more

I had tried to order a virtual mailbox online but, for a variety of reasons, I just couldn't manage it. I knew I would be passing through town so I decided to drop in. A short time later, I was out, proud renter of a virtual mailbox (for $2 less a month than the one I was trying to get online, as well!) Very helpful.
