Came in twice in the last week since I had a return to do. The first time I came in and realized Amazon had made my return that I needed to have the label already on it. I asked the staff if they could print in which they said yes they can help me with that. What they didn't add was that it was a .75 fee for them to print. I came during my walk in the neighborhood so I didn't have cash on me, so I wish staff would have mentioned that before proceeding to say they can help Came in again and staff did tell me it was a charge to print, which now I knew lol, so I was able to take care of it. Scheduled an appointment for notary services at 2pm today... Drove 20 mins here, and the person we scheduled with is busy. Why did we not get a call or a notice of cancellation? 1. My second time here that they've either temporary closed or closed early like last time. It's super inconvenient when I'm racing there from work to pick up or drop off and they are closed during regular business hours. Hard to count on them when you need something and dont have a lot of time. 2. I have returned and picked up tons of Amazon packages at no charge. Last time they charged me a dollar to drop off an unsealed package and now $5 just to pick up a package? I don't get it? I've never heard of that before. read more

I was panicking because I needed to get 2 shipments to Nevada, and I was running out of time. No boxes, no bubble-wrap, and no idea if I was going to get the shipments there on time. A nice young lady (Erika) basically took over as soon as walked inside, and after a friendly "Hello!" she went right to work. She boxed up 14 items securely and professionally and eased my fears about the shipping. She reminded me of the way things used to be with customer service- attention to detail, and a genuine interest in my concerns. Fast, friendly, and professional... I came here to ship a package and the process was smooth & easy. The sales associate was very friendly and efficient. Other customers were helped by staff on the floor. What stands out are these sticky notes I bought here. They're a lovely sky blue and read "Out of my mind...back in 5 minutes." This would be a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the pace of the male employee. I went in today for a simple Amazon return, and all I needed was 2 quick QR codes scanned. There were 3 open computers but only 1 employee working behind the counter, while one was assisting one at the computer. I've been coming to this UPS for 2 years now, usually it's a quick scan and go. I understand the business gets busy, but today while I was waiting in line the female staff was running between all 3 different computers as the male stayed at the front computer for a long time with another customer chatting. I'm not sure what service he was doing, it didn't look like much besides conversation- but shame on this business for having one person run 3 computers. I would also like to add I've seen both of these employees before, they're both very nice. But in my experience today, the girl acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door telling me she'll be right with me, as the boy took his time with the lady he was helping in the front. Not even a hello, goodbye, or telling me to wait. He didn't even turn around once to look at the line, while the nice girl was jumping between every computer. Hours on the doors say they're open from eight in the morning till seven at night. I'm at the location at 9 o'clock in the morning. Doors are locked. An easy drop off experience at this UPS Store. I came to this UPS location since it was on my way back home from work. It's in a small plaza but they have 2 reserved spots for their customers. When I went, there wasn't any other spots available so I parked in the reserved parking spot and went straight inside to drop off my packages. The gentlemen who helped me was very nice and give me my receipt quickly. The store is well organized and looks like they have everything for packaging in stock if you need it last minute. read more

This is the WORST UPS Store in the area! They are constantly trying to up-charge you. If you have an Amazon return expect them to try and sell you tape or a new box at a large mark up. There were instances of packages I had dropped off not being sent back to Amazon. When I called this UPS store to inquire they said to just call Amazon and tell them we lost it. So unprofessional and rude. Go to the location on Nordhoff such a nicer store and way more polite. read more

Sent off a return from this location on 6/25/2021, I had to pay to have the label printed and I also had to purchase a shipping envelope/bag for the return. I use to returns being seamless, however purchasing the items are the least of my concerns. Let me be clear, I'm NOT saying this location or their employees have anything to do with the stolen contents however I've never had this happen before, and because I packed the return in the store (due to needed to purchase the shipping bag) the employees were fully aware of the top of the box on the return reading "DIOR". As of 7/20 I'm being told by Christian Dior that the package they received back contains items not purchased from there, they said it was "paper and something small and fury" NOT THE $700 swimsuit I was returning for my refund. I hadn't even torn the top sticker off of the paper the swimsuit was packaged in. I still have the receipt from the drop off which reads the the weight was 1 pound 4.4 oz, according to the tracking the package received by Christian Dior was only 0.30 lbs.-- someone opened this item took the contents and replaced it with something else. I find this behavior disgusting, and I will be filing a police report as well as reporting this to the postal inspector. When I called the store they refused to help me, and kept referring me to contact who originated the label. This is so disheartening, and scary bc now I have to go through a long drawn out investigation that may not ever produce my refund. Just a heads up to those using this location bc this is the last place I physically seen my package. read more

I had an appointment to have a time sensitive document notarized, was given an appt and even emailed a reminder about my appointment the day before but when i arrived i was told the notary wasn't available for a personal matter, understandable, but the notary told their staff not to worry about it cause they had no appointments anyways. I have the confirmation number to prove otherwise. 0/0. If you have notary needs, go elsewhere. Keep in mind i work Monday through Friday 9-5 so i was very happy to find a place willing to take me on the weekend, much to my surprise they forgot about my appointment. I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about. Every time I come into the store, it's the same two people working, Ally and George (I have come in before but only these two workers are able to do notaries). George has always stood out. Even with a sea of people going out the door haggling over $1 tape to seal their free Amazon returns and quite frankly harassing the workers over things they can't control such as company policy to charge for tape, George has always been so helpful and kind. Terrible people. I had to send an urgent package with "Next Day Air" with this store but the lady over there forgot to print the label on time and/or called the pick up driver late so my package stayed there for the whole day. long story short I paid $135 to assure and guaranteed that my package will arrive by noon the next day or my money back, but the package was not there until the 6th day after my shipping. The owner promised and guaranteed full refund if the package is not there on time but not that I didn't get my full refund but they sent me back and forth with corporate office and I ended up loosing about $200 just because they screwed up. I am not going back to this store ever. Even the lady is very rude and nasty to few costumers that I personally witnessed. One of the customers didn't close the entrance door and the lady was very rude to her. Another customer accidently put a label trash to a different bin and the lady screamed at her " that is not a trash can" anyways they are not professional nor friendly. long time ago I had to pick up my package from the store at 8 am ( that is the time that they open the store) but the store was closed. I waited there exactly 20 minutes and then I saw the same lady came from the back and opened the door and said " Ooo I am sorry I am late, I am not a morning person" Anyway I would defiantly take my business somewhere else. terrible store, terrible management and customer service. read more

Worst UPS store in not just US, but the world. Dude working there will get you if you don't ask for prices first. He thinks he's smart, but he's a thief. This location is definitely not a corporate store. It's shady. I ended up paying $38 for what I usually pay $17 for. He overcharged me for the box, charged me for tape used on box, AND service fees to tape the box. I'm not making this up. And of course surprises you with all these numbers after taking two minutes in the back room to tape the heck out of the box (while watching clips loudly on YouTube on his phone btw) so you can't say no. There was tape ALL OVER the box, I couldn't feel the cardboard anymore. Just as unprofessional as it can get. read more
