My wife went in to do a live scan for her new job last week. HR informed her this week that they were having trouble getting her fingerprints confirmed. Today, she was informed that this UPS Store made an error in recording her fingerprints. She now has to rush to be able to get new ones done so she can start on her original date and not miss any work time. We've been waiting on this job and not being able to start on her date puts a financial strain on our family. If you value your time and ability to start your job as soon as possible without any further delay, I suggest not going to this UPS Store for live scan fingerprints! Doubly so, if your employer makes you pay for your live scan services to then be reimbursed. You'd have to pay twice out of pocket due to their incompetent service and then be delayed in starting work. Again, do not come here for live scan services! read more

Tl;dr: they stole my Amazon return. I am not trying to let one bad apple, or one bad experience, cloud my overall thoughts but it is hard not to give 1-star based on their (employee) stealing my return. We've only ever used them as an Amazon return drop-off. Never a problem just hand them the return, scan a qr, get a receipt and off you go. The staff has always been pleasant and competent as far as Amazon returns goes. I bought a $250 Netgear wifi router from Amazon. It ended up not fitting my needs so I returned it. That was in March. I kept checking Amazon and it says "we'll issue your refund when we receive your return". When I showed up to the store today to ask what was taking so long, they told me I hadn't dropped off the wifi router. They scanned the Amazon return QR and said their system showed I hadn't brought in the router.Which is a lie. I think it has to do with the type of return. All of my returns have always been reboxed, sealed, return label, etc. This time it was an unboxed return, Amazon said UPS would box it for me. Beware and SAVE YOUR RECEIPT if returning something to Amazon that doesn't have it' packaging. It might just disappear at your expense. read more

Been meaning to write this review for the last few months. I've stretched my thumbs, added hydration eye drops, and now I'm ready to type. Anyways... This is my neighborhood UPS and I've probably dropped off over 100+ packages through the years. Great customer service and they're always willing to accommodate whenever I have a request for a box or padding. Gotta give a shout to Sebastian who's been consistently working at this location. Do the neighborhood a favor and give this man a raise. I used to think of USPS first for my shipping needs, but I've gained a lot of respect for UPS over the past few years thanks to this location. read more

I usually choose to come here even if it's a bit out of the way because of the helpful employees but I recently went to do a Livescan for work and not only was an employee named Eunice not being helpful but she was also saying my information out loud, including parts of my social security number and other the private information. I even stepped closer so she wouldn't have to speak so loud but she still continued to yell it so the whole business can hear. Would recommend this place as long as you avoid her or are doing something that doesn't involve private information. read more

The most helpful staff at any UPS store anywhere. The also had large shipping boxes for bass guitars. A lot of UPS stores do not. They packed my bass for me and did a really great job...maybe too good! So I paid more shipping from the store versus printing the label online but the extra service was great. Thanks! read more

I had probably the most difficult and frustrating experience with my surprise package getting delivered to NY. It takes about a week to arrive, and it was an expensive gift. It was difficult and frustrating because I didn't know my friend had a specific bell to ring, which had no apartment number. My fault 100%. I wanted my gift to arrive on his birthday, which was very possible. Thanks to HANNAH (Hanna? Hana?? ), she helped me schedule it on time. Sadly because I wanted it to be a surprise and therefore didn't get the exact "ring bell", ups took it back and said they would try again the next day. This happened twice. This is already long, but longer story short, I called ups more than 10 times and they couldn't edit the address nor was I able to online or through the app. But HAAANNNNAAH. She helped me, called me back, left a voicemail, and kept updating me on my package. After another hurdle (hello? anxiety attack!), she called them herself and through her they got a hold of the DRIVER and got him to deliver it TO THE DOOR....WHO DOES THAT? What employee goes out of their way for 3 days straight to help get my expensive gift to my friend in NY?! It's HANNNNAAAHHHH. She never once gave me any signs or tones of frustration. I go here for all my shipping needs, I drive to this location from the sylmar area beacuse the employees are the best. Customer service is important to them, I can tell. They acknowledge each customer that steps in. The last time I came here I was shipping out some books to chegg, and they luckily taped up my entire box for me. That was really awesome of them. The other day I sent my husband to drop off several boxes our small business was shipping. The postage was pre-paid, so we were simply dropping them off. My husband came home and said that he was never going to help me with UPS shipments again. I asked what happened and he said the lady at the store (it is run by 2 women) chastised him for bringing so many boxes (about 8 medium sized boxes) and said that we were too late (which I knew). I wasn't sure if he just didn't want to do it for me and was being overly dramatic, so today I went myself to drop off boxes (3 medium sized) and the woman at the counter let me have it. She told me some UPS stores don't even accept drop-offs and how I should drive my boxes to the UPS hub in Van Nuys. I don't get it... isn't this why UPS franchised stores exist. I will never go back to this location again. The UPS store on Zelzah and the one in Porter Ranch gladly welcome my drop offs and are super helpful. read more

Well....it's a UPS store. The staff here are more helpful and efficient than any other store I've visited. Every time I've come in they've taken my package, given me a receipt and I've been out the door in under a minute. There's never been a wait for me and I love that! They value your time and want to get you in and out as quick as possible and it's much appreciated. Some stores are slow and stingy with tape and/or proper packaging but all the staff here have quickly taken my items and did whatever needed to be done without any kickback every time. I can not say enough wonderful things about this UPS Store and UPS Stores in general- long story short, I had to get some documents notarized for a real estate transaction (my brother sold my mom's house - she passed away in October, during the Covid-19 pandemic, and I had to get 40+ pages notarized in 9 different places.) The young people who work here are fantastic, love these kids, however the Asian woman who owns this franchise is bitter, angry, and hostile as I politely tried to arrange a simple Amazon.com return. Last year, a problem occurred with a package that I had shipped from this location. Dealing with corporate UPS was no help, but the employees at this location went above and beyond to correct the situation. The employee with whom I had the most contact, believe her name is Genesis, was a pleasure to work with and she worked with the owner of the business, Pio, to accommodate me. ( nothing even close to this as ever happened to me ... been to a billion ups stores ) guy at counter , looks hispanic, black hair, 20s/30s i walk in and put box with return label paperwork on table " i can help you over here " he's 3 feet away but too lazy to pick the box up on his right and move it to his left i pick it up and place it down where he refers he's scanning package after package , I'm talking to his coworker about lamination, five minutes later i say " can you do this one please ? " ( and I point to my package ) ( no other customers , in store ) " oh I need a return label " " yeah it's right here " ( I point to the paperwork ) " oh that's actually not a label " he says as he looks through the paperwork i pull the second page from the small pile of papers and say "this is the label right here , is that a label ?" " yes " then i cussed him out " you are either a ....... ...... or an ....... so .... ... I paid $5.-- additional fee for the "insurance", Michael's Craft Store supplied me with a picture frame box, the artwork was received damaged. UPS does NOT settle their claims, but deny as this is not "insurance". The Post Office would have paid for the broken frame and artwork, I've been told. I have never done business at a UPS store nor have I stepped foot in one. I was selling some textbooks online and the site I used had me take my books to ship it out through UPS. As soon as I walked in the lady working there was friendly and helpful. I was originally going to put 3 small textbooks in a large padded envelope but the lady suggested to get a small box instead because it was cheaper. I really appreciated that because I'm all about saving money!! She could have easily sold me the envelope and make more money but she was honest and truthful to me. A very big plus in my book! It's a small store tucked in the corner. There's a grocery store, McDonalds, and Starbucks in this same shopping plaza. Plenty of parking as well. read more
