I have been coming here since it first opened when Tiff was the owner. She told me it was bought…read moreout and that things would remain the same. It was rocky at first but I gave grace because the new owner was still learning. It was great until just about 6 months ago. I've been coming back in hopes that the place would improve but sadly it's been a waste. I am very well known in our town and everyone who knows me knows I like to support small business but this one has lost me for good. I like to collage, so I print out 4X6 photos a lot. I stopped printing them here because they never come out right and their machine takes way too long and the price is ridiculous. Go through Walgreens, they print for about 15 cents each and they deliver to your door. Also, on multiple occasions, I have dropped off packages here and have literally found that they were not scanned in and on other occasions, they were scanned in too late to be picked up by carriers same day. That's the whole point of this store, I don't get it. The staff that's there never seem happy. It takes them way too long to come from the back where it looks like they've just got out of bed. One employee always smells like marijuana. The owner has attitude and seems to hate being there. I tried to get a refund from her a couple months ago and she had no idea what she was doing. If she would hire employees who actually want to work and the quality of the machines, instead of the look of her business, it would be better. Sadly, I won't be back here. I don't recommend them to anyone. There's a store just up the street who actually puts their customers first. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

The younger woman sounded distressed and seemed to be on the verge of tears. I suspected she was being fired. I felt very uncomfortable and thought about just putting the envelopes back and walking out. I dont know what the conversation was, and i did not want to know, which is why I found it so incredibly tacky and unprofessional for these people to be conducting conversations like that in a space that was not private. That younger girl deserved to be in a space out of publics ear where she could at least be given a small amount of respect. I hope these owners realize that they need to think about their practices... you could have had that conversation outside around the corner at least.
