Great customer service, kind, and efficient! The customer that was being helped before me, shared that he recently lost his partner. The staff extended their condolences with compassion and care. They were able to help me at the same time without missing a beat. It's refreshing to see that this kind of customer service still exists. May God bless this establishment :) read more

I went in to buy a couple envelopes. There was a man and woman standing behind the counter with a younger woman who also worked there. The younger woman sounded distressed and seemed to be on the verge of tears. I suspected she was being fired. I felt very uncomfortable and thought about just putting the envelopes back and walking out. I dont know what the conversation was, and i did not want to know, which is why I found it so incredibly tacky and unprofessional for these people to be conducting conversations like that in a space that was not private. That younger girl deserved to be in a space out of publics ear where she could at least be given a small amount of respect. I hope these owners realize that they need to think about their practices... you could have had that conversation outside around the corner at least. read more

My first time here and I had to write a review! It was my first time doing a live scan for work and Brian was super helpful, professional, knowledgeable and kind. This place is a hidden gem. Very charming and neighborly, the kind of place you think about when you hear small town. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for live scan fingerprinting services, and all your mailing needs. They seem to have a pretty regular customer base, and even put out the kind of chocolates their customers like! You don't see that everyday. This is the kind of service I appreciate. They know folks by their first names and that's just the type of feel good we all need right now. Such good people! Great find for sure! BTW according to Instagram, it was Brian's birthday - Happy Belated Birthday Brian!! Thank you so much for your help today!! :) read more

After receiving a quote from another UPS dealer in La Crescenta for almost $200 to ship a lampshade to the East Coast, I went to the Montrose Mail Box with my dilemna. The new owner there was a tremendous help! I decided to bring my lampshade on my flight back East and he packed it for me inside two sturdy boxes, with plenty of strapping tape, so it would survive the trip in baggage. Not only did he give me his full attention, he did it in such a pleasant manner, and he did it fast since I had a plane to catch! The outcome: I paid $14 instead of $190, and my lampshade made it to Virginia just fine, thanks to the Montrose Mail Box and its helpful owner. Thank you! -Debbie E read more

The new ownership is fantastic to say the least. Family run business that never fails to go above and beyond whether its the smallest task like selling greeting cards with a warm smile or mass shipping a box of 50 items each going to a different address (also with a warm smile). I have a business account here and drop by every single day and never once had anything less than an amazing service. I was ready to close my mailbox here to not have to deal with the previous owner anymore and im so glad I didn't. Look no further - this place is a gem. read more

Brian is so pleasant & helpful ~ Thank you for your assistance:). Friendliness is so hard to come by these days. Glad to know there are ppl who still care about being pleasant & personable. It makes even the smallest of errands and tasks less dreadful (like returning a graphics card for your child's computer for the third time bc it lags while his highness is playing games)! read more
