Such great customer service! Cesar and Lina were great! There was another customer that was really happy with their customer service as well. Cesar made my process simple and fast. Superb customer service from the minute I went through the door. Daniel, Mayra and Stefan ensured that the postcards I needed were done perfectly and quickly. It was the first time I've used their services and it will be my "go to" from now on. I highly recommend them! read more

Outstanding customer service from the minute I went through the door (and this is the third time). I have interacted with Daniel and Stefan (and? sorry forgot the other name) on shipping packages including where I didn't have the appropriate box/packaging on hand. The facilitated the process and got the item (ART) successfully delivered so it could be displayed timely for sale. This is now my "go to" for shipping, convenient hours (note; packaging isn't free for either them or me and so be real if you are asking for assistance - one item was a clock and to have it arrive at location in a Salable condition was huge for me-yes, it cost a few bucks but they really cared about helping me out!). I highly recommend them! read more

Great little UPS store tucked away in this mall. I frequent the backdoor bakery & saki saki and had never noticed that there was a UPS store so convenient. They are professional, clean and polite. All the good things so many businesses should be. There is a subway and a dollar general store here as well, so lotta bang for your buck if you need to send something. Highly recommend. read more

Price gauging here! I was mailing out a 5x7 Manila envelope with 3 letters in it. I said I wanted the cheapest and was expecting a couple of dollars at most. The man behind the counter said it was $15. I repeated that I just wanted normal shipping, he went to a different register and said that route was $14. I told him I expected way less. He said tracking was included, I said I didnt want tracking. I said I could have used stamps but I didn't know the weight. People were now in line behind and he settled on putting 4 stamps on it and charged me 4 dollars flat. I would have gone to the Post office and paid less but I went there out of convenience. I will never go here again unless it is for a return from Amazon to drop off. read more

This store is too expensive they charged me 12$ for 12 page black and white print every single page 50 cents Other ups stores are 25 cents this store is double read more

So excited to have a UPS Store in the neighborhood! This was my first time coming in since they opened. The store is spacious, easy to find things, and clean. The gentleman who helped me was great, and provided quick and good service. There was no line and I was able to take care of what I needed quickly. Thank you for joining the neighborhood! Go check them out and use their services! read more

This UPS is the best one! They are so organized and clean. I alway try to go here for anything I'd need. My packages would always get lost before but ever since they have opened I haven't had any issues at all. read more

I have used the UPS stores in La Cresenta and La Canada many times. If I do an Amazon return I receive my refund within minutes of dropping off the return. The 3 times I used this Sunland location for Amazon returns the seller did not receive the package and I did not receive a refund even three weeks later. Coincidence? I have no idea but I don't trust this UPS and I will NEVER use it again. read more

I have been in several times with Amazon returns. Each time I've had great customer service. Today I needed a shipping box so I went in. The gentlemen (2) behind the counter went above and beyond to help me get the right size box even going so far as to help cut down the box so my artwork would fit perfectly. I really appreciated all the help. I'm so happy we have a convenience, clean, and helpful store in the community. read more

I usually don't leave reviews, but this location really stands out for both the wrong and right reasons. I was happy when it opened near my house, but the older gentleman who works here is consistently rude. He never smiles, speaks in a curt way, and acts like helping customers is a burden. It's uncomfortable every time. The lady who works here, on the other hand, is always kind and helpful, which makes the experience a bit better. read more

This store has the best customer service. The employees go above and beyond to help with shipping, packaging, and printing. They're always polite and make everything quick and stress free. Highly recommend! read more

I do not recommend using this service at all, because there's no guarantee your package will reach its destination -- and if it doesn't, they take no responsibility whatsoever. I returned an item through this UPS, but it never arrived at Amazon and I haven't received my refund. When I contacted them about the issue, I was treated very rudely. They didn't try to follow up on the problem at all and spoke to me in a very disrespectful and unhelpful way. read more

I was so happy when I saw a UPS store opening up in my area. Finally I wouldn't have to drive to Sun Valley or La Cresenta. I came in to do an Amazon return and to get something notarized. I asked Ailin to begin with if they did in fact do Notary Services and she said they did. The Amazon return went smoothly. But There was no reason why I literally had to wait over 45 minutes to get something notarized just because of their lack of knowing how to do it. At this point I don't even know if they did it right or not because she seemed like she mentioned it was only her 2nd time doing one and she was having issues checking me out. There is Jo reason why I needed to wait 45 minutes if I would've known I would've just left and done it somewhere else instead. She was apologetic but my time was already wasted & because of this I ran late to an appointment I had. Moving forward I will just be going to another location to get my services because this first visit was far from a good experience. read more
