Everybody this is what the Burbank shipping center sent to me as a response when I asked him for my refund for my mailbox service that I paid in advance for a year and because I asked them what was going on with packages I've been trying to get since January they said if I didn't stop asking that they were going to cancel my mailbox service and when they did right then and there knowing I had important mail coming and knowing I had packages that were coming as well they canceled my account right then and there and then they called the police on me because I was trying to talk to them about the fact that they've been ripping me off with my packages and here's what they're response was about giving me my refund. This woman Mary is lying I never had any warnings I was never racist and I was never rude I was always very friendly with everybody I would always show them everything that I would get from the that I would buy and I even gave some of the stuff to one of the staff there because I'm a nice person and I got too much I was never racist I was never rude I was always polite I would always open my packages there to be safe to know exactly what I received in the mail I also saved all my packages this woman Mary is lying I gave her all the correct information okay and I was never warned about anything I was never racist I was never rude I was always very polite and very professional with everybody even when I knew my packages were not being given to me read more

I opened a mail box on a Tuesday. I got a notice from the Post Office that a package I was waiting for had been delivered the following Monday Morning. I went to the store and it was not there. I went there the next day (Tuesday) at about 11:30 AM and it still was not there. Then later in the afternoon they sent me an email announcing they had it. This was a crucial item for me and because I thought it was lost I ordered a new one and paid for it a second time. This delayed the deployment of a new service I was offering. The first one had a serial number and it was cancelled when they shipped the new one so I could not use the first one. I am worried this practice will cause a needless one day delay in delivery of my packages and letters. In addition, they never gave me a key to the mailbox, even though I have been there 3 times. read more

The employee there is so nice, helpful, and personable. Getting materials to ship my items in is easy and affordable. And I get different several different choices of speed and carrier. It's also just nicer to come to a locally owned business. Keep in mind I didn't want to give him any stars but Yelp forces you to give him at least one,This woman Mary is lying she's saying that I was racist and I would never be racist I'm not that kind of person that I left messages I would never leave any messages there I always threw my trash away I was always polite to them I never had any issues with anybody there when they said they didn't have my package I went to the USPS postal office and I asked them what's going on my packages and they said my packages had definitely been delivered to the Burbank shipping center but yet when I went back there they would tell me that my packages weren't there then I went there twice to the USP office the day they canceled my account and then put US postal office told me that my packages had definitely been delivered to 1812 West Burbank boulevard mailbox 924 Burbank California 91506 and that's when they looked in the system again and saw that my package definitely was there and it been put the wrong mailbox number so I was able to get that package but all the other packages I've been waiting for since January I have not received any of them and that's when they decided they were going to cancel my account when I actually had contacted Mary through email and let her know that my package was missing I was supposed to get like 13 different items and I didn't get any of those items and they kept saying oh it was delivered it was delivered but it was not delivered they're lying I spoke with the people that I bought the products from more than one vendor the Burbank shipping center is still in people's packages and if you scroll down through all the reviews go to all the one star reviews you will see that I am telling the truth all those five star reviews most of them are fake. They take people's certified packages in mail. read more

Burbank Shipping Center is careless and irresponsible. Used their services for Livescan and my license was not returned to me. They found it on their copier and instead of calling or mailing directly to me--with information they readily had available to them--they handed my license to a mail carrier that happened to be there. This license is now lost or floating around on the black market thanks to their careless and unprofessional behavior. They accepted zero responsibility for their actions. Find somewhere that values you and will treat you and your items with care and professionalism. read more

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. I've been a customer for over a year. Many items have mysteriously not arrived. I attributed it to USPS error. Then a FedEx pkg arrived, was checked in and we never received it. No apologies, just insistence that we had, in fact, picked it up. And we should know what pkgs we're getting and from whom so if we don't? Too bad. They looked and couldn't find it. Shrugs. It's been over a month. Still don't have it. Maybe it was important--I'll never know. Then a document from the Dept of Justice was mailed, which we never received. It's critically important to our VISA APPLICATIONS. It's not a Christmas card from my grandma. Again, deflection and insistence it was our fault bc my wife wasn't an "authorized user" of the box, meaning her mail was shipped back if it wasn't labeled specifically with our box or for me. Except she signed a contract on day 1 making her an authorized user. So who knows how much of her mail or pkgs have been sent back. This was 100% their error. And a BIG one. Again, absolutely no apology, no accountability taken. Zero. I was just told they'd exhausted their search for this document so I should reapply for it. This means I will most likely miss my visa window as my other docs will expire before I can obtain this one from the Feds. This will wreak havoc on leases, jobs, moving plans, travel arrangements, etc. I'm livid. The irony is that we paid for this box specifically to ensure we'd receive important legal and professional shipments. The opposite has happened. read more

I wish I had discovered this place years ago! They accept drop offs for all the major couriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. SUPER CONVENIENT. I will be doing all my shipments at Burbank Shipping Center from here on out so I don't have to be driving all over the place trying to find the various drop-off locations. There is even a table to pack, with tape, and they're open every day except Sunday. No lines. And they provide drop-off receipts. Shout out to Trent for being so helpful! read more

If you're used to a box-tossing, indifferent package drop off place, get ready for a red carpet experience. Boxes, packing popcorn, tape, scissors, labels ... yes yes and yes. And so friendly. They also have private P.O. Boxes for those who want their mail and deliveries on the DL. Here's my trick. Apart from Amazon orders ( Amazon Locker rocks), I order things and, when I get an email delivery notice from UPS or FedEx, I change the delivery address to one of their approved addresses -- Burbank Shipping Center at 1812 Burbank Blvd! Words cannot describe how pleased my company and I are with the services provided here. I had to process a big order of items (50+), all with various sizes, weights, fragility, variety of addresses and more. I had called several companies in my area, and UPS let me know that it would take days if not two weeks to process all of this through them. I called independent shipping centers, and was quoted incredibly high prices, even including the smallest of item. Everything in the Los Angeles/DTLA area couldn't fulfill my requests, especially on such short notice. After browsing yelp for a while, reviewing all reviews, I decided on Burbank Shipping Center. It was honestly a far drive for me, and I had to make multiple trips throughout the week. But it was 100% worth it. A big shoutout to Anthony and Trent for their customer service. They walked me through everything I needed to know, while providing a plethora of options in areas of concern for me, and overall, they knew exactly what they're doing. I needed to ship a Traeger grill out of state and couldn't find anyone willing to pick it up, pack it and ship it. The ones I did find could only do part of the job and were SUPER expensive. Then (through Yelp) I found Monique and they were amazing! They scheduled the picked, kept me updated on time and when I opened the door - Monique herself was there (they were backed up that day and didn't want to disappoint us). I walked in for a LiveScan and all of the employees were extremely kind and helpful! They stop doing scans an hour before closing (so on weekdays it ends at 5 and Saturdays at 4), but were nice enough to accommodate me even though I had arrived a few minutes after that cutoff. I needed to do a livescan/CBI and found Burbank Shipping Center through the DOJ website. I called to make sure they accepted walk-ins on a Saturday and the woman on the phone said yes. They are located on Burbank Blvd, so there is ample street parking. I came in and let the woman working know I wanted to do a livescan. She had a few pending tasks with other clients so she finished those up before helping me. The process was quick and easy. She was friendly and it was evident that she takes pride in her business. The total was $58 which is not bad at all since they can go up to $70. I would highly recommend it here for livescan services! read more

I've gone here for mailing and passport photos. They are pretty reliable and they take time to address and fulfill your needs.

They charged me $1 for taping a very small box. It's about 1" wide. Ugh... this how they stop customers coming to their store.

I wanted to rate them zero stars, but unfortunately, that wasn't an option. I've been a customer since their opening day, and I've observed their service quality decline with each visit. Mary, the owner, has handed over the store to a group of inexperienced young kids, one of them being Danny, who lack knowledge about customer service and the services they provide. This place used to be amazing once upon a time, but the people working there lately have no manners whatsoever. I was past due on my mailbox and I called today to get caught up. We have been renting this box for almost 10 years. We have been farther behind than what we were today and they never sent our mail back. This girl that I spoke with today is the most heartless human being I've ever encountered over the phone. Absolutely no manners whatsoever - zero consideration that we are in a pandemic right now. I told her that since they sent my mail back and there was nothing for me to go pick up, then I didn't need to renew, I was about to ask her to remove my credit card from their system, but she hung up on me before I could even ask her. This is the absolute rudest human being on the face of the earth. I do not recommend this place to anybody. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT rent a mailbox from this place! Other places might cost more, but I promise you, you get what you pay for. Cheap mailbox = cheap quality employees with no manners. She claimed that I had not been communicating with them, but the last time I spoke with them, I told them I wanted to renew my box. They sent back all of my mail in the middle of a pandemic, instead of looking at my payment history over the past almost 10 years, and seeing that sometimes I'm late but I always get caught up and renew. ALWAYS. If this place is starting to lose business it's because of the hateful witch I spoke with today. She's the most hateful ignorant person I've ever spoken to as far as customer service.
