Without saying a word, he knew exactly what I needed, took care of me in 3 seconds, and had THEE BEST ATTITUDE, I've ever encountered in Los Angeles! I'm gonna recommends this place to everyone! I had to ship some unique items via FedEx recently so I looked around and found Mailbox Plus via Yelp. It has great reviews, so that encouraged me to use it. The location is on Whitsett Ave., close to Chandler in Valley Village, in a bigger shopping center with a decent sized lot to park. The store is on the small size, you do get help right away. I wish they'd have a table to write on and organize yourself. But they're helpful and they have it together. We're in and out fast and the package got fast to its destination. I have had 5 star service until today I came to get a document notarized, no problem. I had a very thick packet of documents I needed to copy and send with the notarized document. Went all the way to Staples and came back, wanted to always give this place my business. When I returned I was the only one there, yet he was so abrupt and ready to grab my papers I said please wait minute! He was passive aggressive in his response, turned around and walked away to back of store would not respond when I spoke. Childish. There are other places to get these things done. read more
