When I need to print out return labels for Amazon and are told by them to drop off the package, rather than Whole Foods, I tend to come here. The couple that own it are really sweet and helpful in getting my items received and sent off and their storefront is welcoming and has the essentials of packing items for customers. I like the street front parking or shared parking they have out back. read more

So here is the thing about shipping: you never know which is a better overnight option, FedEx or UPS. ASAP has both, and they turned their little screen and showed me the apples to apples comparison of the cost for each. I could even compare the delivery times! The young lady at the register helping me was polite, efficient, and super helpful. Unlike some places where the staff don't want to be there, it's obvious that the owner/manager of this place cares about having engaged and happy staff. UPS won this round, and my delivery ended up arriving 10 hours early! Great business.... read more

I have been using ASAP frequently, and the service here has always been impeccable. The two girls who work there (I keep forgetting to get their names) are always super helpful, friendly, and patient. read more

Great service. Local business. Needed a notary and he was quick and efficient. Just make sure to call to see what his hours are.

I use this place for dropping off packages only. Parking can be busy sometimes but it's close to my location. My review is for the young girl that works there - she is so rude. Always seems like she doesn't want to be there and everything and everyone bothers her. I've been there to witness her being rude to customers so I know I'm not the only one. The young guy is there sometimes and he is super nice. Customer a service needs a clean up! read more

Zachary is an absolute gem. I needed to get a copy of my passport certified and sent to Australia, and Zachary was extremely kind and patient in walking me through my options - even with all the COVID restrictions on mail and issues with sending to a PO Box. Zachary was able to notarize the copy of my passport for just $15 and worked hard to find me the most reasonably priced option to send it tracked to AU. There was no wait time to be helped, and Zachary's service was very efficient. I cannot recommend ASAP more highly. read more

I got a call to go to Memphis for work last minute. Couldn't take being away from my computer for 6 months, so i reluctantly decided i was going to ship it. The computer has an entire glass panel on one side and i have a 24 inch monitor. I called ASAP and Jenn was very kind and told me to come on down. I went in and Joel was more than helpful in giving me confidence in their shipping. We boxed up the monitor and the computer and off it went. I received the computer even sooner than was expected so that's a plus. And there was absolutely no damage to packaging or the items themselves. I would 100% recommend going to these guys for ANYTHING you want to have shipped safely and timely. My computer is my baby and i was very worried about it arriving broken after reading so many horror stories from other people using other companies but i need to tell them to use ASAP! Will bring my business here for all my shipping needs. read more

See all

The staff here are so efficient, welcoming and polite. They are conscientious, and really care about their customers, and about giving excellent customer service. I high recommend them! read more

Always friendly. Always fast. The most reliable shipping spot in town. And never a line!

I have been using this location as my public po box on my social media and for my online store return address for about 3+ years now. They run a service called "anytime mailbox" out of this location which gives you a mailbox and the ability to get email notifications when mail arrived, a photo of the piece of mail, and the option to forward it to your home address. I cant speak for the other services they provide, but for this one they have been outstanding!! It is so great to have the option for a mailbox, plus all of these other features right from my computer/phone. I had a lot of extra mail arrive to my box this year, and every time I was promptly notified and it was forwarded asap to my home. Never any drama ever with this place! This feature is not exclusive to this location, but I would never relocate it because they are so reliable and prompt!! If you need something like a po box but would like one 1000x better and maintained by a trustworthy location, or are already looking for an " anytime mailbox" location, look into using here for sure :) read more

I so appreciate this shop! Zach is helpful, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He's great with a packing tape dispenser, so you don't have to stress it at home! This is a pleasant place to cross package-mailing errands off your to-do list. read more

I had two documents which needed notarization. I was greeted warmly and taken care of right away. The process was handled efficiently and properly (these were replacement documents for a pair of documents which a different notary had not finished properly). Their farewell was as warm as their greeting. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable service at a good price. read more

I walked in needing a notary with no appointment and that that's what I got! They were friendly and the best part, I had no appointment! And they still took me. In-N-Out in 10 minutes. read more

Friendly and fast. This is my favorite place to take my Amazon returns. They carry some mailers and packing tape. Easy parking in the back and on the surrounding side streets. Don't park out front that's where all of the shipping trucks load and unload. read more

After a few experiences with porch pirates stealing my packages I decided to send my mail directly to ASAP. I haven't had a package missing since. I would highly recommend this business. They are courteous and Oscar is very responsive. read more

This place has always been very reliable and staff is friendly and professional. This is a great place to go if you have to shop things out. Rather than run around to ups, then FedEx, then the post office, etc., you can do all that in one place. I've also used them for notary services. Bought greeting cards, sent faxes and gotten passport photos. read more

Zach is kind, patient and has great customer service. He is non-judgmental regarding Covid safety measures I wanted and I appreciate that.

I went in to ASAP today to ship a return in a bad mood. I walked out in a good mood thanks ASAP (American Ship and Pack). The store is conveniently located for me and I was especially pleased with the customer service one receives from Jennifer at the front desk. She is down to earth and was easy and fun to talk to. She helped me out and kept me calm. Thank you, ASAP - and thank you, Jennifer -- for being there when I needed you. If you need to ship something or need a p.o. box, this is the place. You will get personalized service from the staff (Jennifer said hello to a regular customer by name when they came in to check their mail box) and it's a nice big store. read more

I love going to ASAP on magnolia because of Jennifer if it weren't for her i wouldn't go there. She's friendly polite and fast and always has a smile on her face. It truly is a pleasure to ship there!!! If you live in Burbank and need to ship anything and don't why the service you deserve I suggest going to ASAP even if you have to drive a few more blocks to get there!!! Thanks Jennifer read more

Friendly and knowledgeable people, efficient and faster than post office. More personable.

Needed notary. Quick efficient and reasonable. Glad they were there. Nothing else like it around

Took in a tenor sax to be boxed and shipped. It's a very awkward size, so you can't just buy a box for it, and very delicate. Joel packed it up and made the boxes work, and I feel really great about the safety of the instrument. read more

Recently, I've renewed my Notary Public Commission. In the years, the filing of the Oath and Bond was filing at the County Clerk's Office. Since Covid, all County Clerk's Offices have closed. The only way to file the Oath and Bond is by Certified Mail. Had to find a Notary to Notirize my signature, photo copy some documents, and send if off to the County Clerk's Office, Certified. This place, ASAP American Shiping and Pack was the best place I could have found. They were right around the corner from me. Zachary the Notary who assisted me. Zachary was so patient with me, as this was the first time I was renewing my Notary by mail. I was nervous! Zachary handled everything for me in such a professional manner. I will continue coming here for any mail or packing I have. Outstanding! read more

I have a box with ASAP for a number of years now. Zack and Jennifer are gems. The bend backward and forward to assist and help even on subjects in which they have no obligation to teach me as the consumer. Thank you for all the help I receive from this Team, all in the price of having a box with ASAP. read more

Fantastic and fast, they do EVERYTHING! Notary, check! USPS, yep! FedEx, mmm hmm! UPS, yessiree! They are really ASAP and usually I can get curb parking right out front. Love this Burbank gem! read more

What a lifesaver! I had a box of fragile cookies that I needed to send to my mom and a planted cactus I needed to send to my nephew and his new bride. Jennifer was so amazing and helped me figure out the best means to send each package as well as the most efficient and cost-effective way to send both. If I would've bought boxes at the post office they would still be sitting at home I'm so thankful that she took care of everything and was so friendly and professional. read more

Just an incredibly efficient place filled with friendly, kind people. Joel rules, you all do, but Joel helped me so much! He waited for me to get my stuff together, wrapped it all for me, helped me sort out the labels and stuck them on, I could go on and on, but boy it was nice to go and post just before Christmas without any stress, where there was a lovely light energy and some really cool music playing! I'm from Australia and I'm used to everyone saying hi and sharing the tape, taking their time etc, I haven't come across that in the US for 14 years, until yesterday! Thank you Joel and everyone at your shop! You all ROCK! So kids, if you need to get stuff posted and packed, if you need copies of anything, the list is endless and they are all there to help, with smiles on their dials! I say go to AMERICAN SHIP AND PACK! read more

Jennifer is the epitome of what customer service should be. She is so sweet and vibrant every single day. The best part of having a PO Box here is that your mail is ready first thing in the morning everyday, rather than waiting for the mailman to come after 2 pm. They will also sign and receive your packages for you. In my opinion it's better than having A box at the post office because they have so many other services available and all the carriers deliver there every day. read more

Needed a notary service and after two calls and a voicemail to others, found this through Google and it was as easy as a call and showing up to get it done. The place is really clean and organized and the people there know how to treat customers. (The A-List celebrity autographed head shots behind the counter are pretty awesome too!) This place is way better than FedEx Office or whatever they're calling it this week. Go here ASAP for your mailbox, shipping, notary, faxing needs. read more

I love these guys! Prices are a little high for mailboxes but the service is superb and you never wait in line! And they know their customers... I love that when they see us come in through the door, they go get the packages right away (they don't need the slip with my mailbox no). read more

I just love this place and Jen is the best! Jen will call you if you ask her to about packages and Mail, Ashe makes sure I get my mail in my box and no one else's. The mailroom is clean, safe and efficient and I just love going to get my mail and see everyone! read more

I arrived with 2 people ahead of me in line , no problem. Waited my turn and another customer arrived behind me to open a PO Box. It have already waited 10-15 minutes. The Gentleman behind the counter stops to give her paper work to fill out. As he attempts to finish packing my stuff she has a "question" about the paper work and next thing I know he completes her entire transaction and I'm still waiting. Not sure how that happens but I'm very disappointed in the service today. I come here whenever I have things to ship but after today I might think twice before coming again. read more

I found a new place for all my postal needs! I knew the minute I walked in because Jenn, the girl that helped me knew almost everyone's name that walked in after me. Efficient and nice! Thank you Jenn! read more

Jennifer has been unbelievably kind and helpful. ASAP is a wonderful establishment in the community. 5 stars!

Walked in with my two year old to get a stamp for an envelope my husband needed sent that day. He already had a stamp on it but I guess it was missing a few cents. The woman who worked there saw I had my hands full with my son, put the stamp on it, saw we had stamp and it was missing a few pennies ..she did not even charge us! It isn't about the pennies saved..it adds that community feel - people helping people just because it's KIND :) With that kind of customer service, good parking, I definitely will be back ...why go to the long lines at the post office? read more
