The couple that own it are really sweet and helpful in getting my items received and sent off and their storefront is welcoming and has the essentials of packing items for customers. So here is the thing about shipping: you never know which is a better overnight option, FedEx or UPS. ASAP has both, and they turned their little screen and showed me the apples to apples comparison of the cost for each. I could even compare the delivery times! The young lady at the register helping me was polite, efficient, and super helpful. Unlike some places where the staff don't want to be there, it's obvious that the owner/manager of this place cares about having engaged and happy staff. I needed to get a copy of my passport certified and sent to Australia, and Zachary was extremely kind and patient in walking me through my options - even with all the COVID restrictions on mail and issues with sending to a PO Box. Zachary was able to notarize the copy of my passport for just $15 and worked hard to find me the most reasonably priced option to send it tracked to AU. There was no wait time to be helped, and Zachary's service was very efficient. I cannot recommend ASAP more highly. read more

I got a call to go to Memphis for work last minute. Couldn't take being away from my computer for 6 months, so i reluctantly decided i was going to ship it. The computer has an entire glass panel on one side and i have a 24 inch monitor. I called ASAP and Jenn was very kind and told me to come on down. I went in and Joel was more than helpful in giving me confidence in their shipping. We boxed up the monitor and the computer and off it went. I received the computer even sooner than was expected so that's a plus. And there was absolutely no damage to packaging or the items themselves. I would 100% recommend going to these guys for ANYTHING you want to have shipped safely and timely. My computer is my baby and i was very worried about it arriving broken after reading so many horror stories from other people using other companies but i need to tell them to use ASAP! I have been using this location as my public po box on my social media and for my online store return address for about 3+ years now. They run a service called "anytime mailbox" out of this location which gives you a mailbox and the ability to get email notifications when mail arrived, a photo of the piece of mail, and the option to forward it to your home address. I cant speak for the other services they provide, but for this one they have been outstanding!! It is so great to have the option for a mailbox, plus all of these other features right from my computer/phone. I had a lot of extra mail arrive to my box this year, and every time I was promptly notified and it was forwarded asap to my home. Never any drama ever with this place! This feature is not exclusive to this location, but I would never relocate it because they are so reliable and prompt!! If you need something like a po box but would like one 1000x better and maintained by a trustworthy location, or are already looking for an " anytime mailbox" location, look into using here for sure :) read more

Recently, I've renewed my Notary Public Commission. In the years, the filing of the Oath and Bond was filing at the County Clerk's Office. Since Covid, all County Clerk's Offices have closed. The only way to file the Oath and Bond is by Certified Mail. Had to find a Notary to Notirize my signature, photo copy some documents, and send if off to the County Clerk's Office, Certified. This place, ASAP American Shiping and Pack was the best place I could have found. They were right around the corner from me. Zachary the Notary who assisted me. The best part of having a PO Box here is that your mail is ready first thing in the morning everyday, rather than waiting for the mailman to come after 2 pm. They will also sign and receive your packages for you. I arrived with 2 people ahead of me in line , no problem. Waited my turn and another customer arrived behind me to open a PO Box. It have already waited 10-15 minutes. The Gentleman behind the counter stops to give her paper work to fill out. As he attempts to finish packing my stuff she has a "question" about the paper work and next thing I know he completes her entire transaction and I'm still waiting. Not sure how that happens but I'm very disappointed in the service today. I come here whenever I have things to ship but after today I might think twice before coming again. read more

Walked in with my two year old to get a stamp for an envelope my husband needed sent that day. He already had a stamp on it but I guess it was missing a few cents. The woman who worked there saw I had my hands full with my son, put the stamp on it, saw we had stamp and it was missing a few pennies ..she did not even charge us! It isn't about the pennies saved..it adds that community feel - people helping people just because it's KIND :) With that kind of customer service, good parking, I definitely will be back ...why go to the long lines at the post office? read more
