I'd recommend setting your mailbox up directly with NOHO, instead of going through 3rd party services that are hard to connect to once they get your money. NOHO was responsive, efficient, and they have a relationship with the local post office as well.

What a horrible customer service. This business has misplaced, mishandled or lost my parcel for…read moreshipping and the reason I indicate multiple mishandling is because they don't even know where my parcel is. The lady/ladies answering my inquiry were extremely rude, dismissive and basically didn't care at all. Lady name Narine was extremely rude and directly stated that she didn't care about my concern and that I can go ahead and sue them if I wanted. When I asked for the name of the owner for the business so that I can take on her recommendation of suing them she hung up on me. Upon calling back a new lady answered the phone by the name of Anahit who adamantly refused to provide the name of the business owner. Wow, what a horrible service. I have used this business for over 20yrs and have never experienced such an awful customer service. I appreciate your recommendation Ms Narine, I will definitely be filing a lawsuit for the cost of the item in my parcel and I will let the business owner know it was your recommendation. I wish I can give 0 stars for this review, but unfortunately I have to settle for one.

I am writing to formally document my experience at your location today and to bring it to the…read moreattention of the owner. I visited your store to return three unused items in exchange for the correct ones. The items were in their original condition and there was no valid reason to refuse the return. Nevertheless, your staff declined and required me to purchase what I needed outright, an unnecessary expense that should never have occurred. Additionally, the conduct of your counter staff was unacceptable. Rather than assisting me, they laughed among themselves and directed a rude comment toward me, a paying customer. I responded calmly. I always do. I am not angry. I am precise. And I will not be returning to that location. These individuals obviously hate themselves and their jobs, get better staff. AŚhe!

Jose was really helpful and patient The two downsides of FedEx for me are that they don't save shipping address information which means that every single time I go in there we have to retype my information where as UPS has that saved in their system. As well, their system can only process five items at a time which meant I had to do for transactions, which just takes longer.

The quality of both the envelopes and the paper is solid and good. Prices varies on what you get. For those 2 things that I got, I paid less than $20.00. Great customer service by everyone, plenty of parking spaces, clean restrooms for both men & women. You can't ask for anything more. Store was very nicely organized and super clean. This is my first time at this UPS. Well, when I walked in today around 12:35 pm, I was nicely greeted by Edwin. He was very pleasant with a nice smile. They also had two other employees working there. He wanted to know how he could help me, so I told him why I was there. He asked to see my ID, looked me up in their system and couldn't find my name. He asked if I had a tracking number and I told him no. I forgot it at home. I asked him to check one more time and he did by telling me that maybe it's in another UPS store. I thanked him for it and walked out. Now I need to go search and see where my package is. Hopefully it's not lost somewhere in the wilderness:-)) They offer many different services here: printing, shipping, copy making services, scanning, to take your photo for your passport/ID, faxing, laminating, P.O. Box mailboxes, notary, shredding, even Amazon returns. It's a very interesting UPS. Shaped kind of like zig-zag. Store was clean, everything was nicely, fully stocked and organized. Depending what you buy, everything has its own price and value. People keep complaining about their parking being full, cramped, but I have been inside this shopping center few times, and never had a problem with their parking. Thank you Edwin, and UPS!
