Enjoy coming here for my day to day prints! They are the best! Thank you for being amazing

Not getting my mail on time :( causing me to lose hundreds of dollars! Missed deadlines for submitting documents missed appointments, expired coupons and now a bank card which was needed to work a week or more late sometimes! even after speaking to management a few times about the subject. They seem to be unaware of how important it is to sort the mail asap. read more

I've been coming for 6-8 years now. Notjing but great experiences, I have always found the staff to be super helpful.

Mail is NEVER sorted & put in boxes on the day it's received. If you look at the postmark, it's out in boxes 2 or 3 days late!! Can't change address back to your home or anywhere. They have to hold your mail and you pick it up read more

I needed a Fieldprint site and LA Postal Center came up as the nearest to me. I made an appointment and was in and out within minutes. Exceptional service! read more

This is the best mail center in town. I moved across town and I still make the drive back to them becuz I trust them with my mail!

It was a wonderful experience to work with Jamie. My wife and I came in thinking we needed to renew our passports, but as Jamie pointed out, there was no need to then. He could have let us continue the process and make money, but he didn't. He said we should come back in a year and a half. And that's what we'll do. read more

Dropped off some packages for USPS today, and the employee that helped me was super friendly. Have also used their passaport services and it is great! Nice little location that offers useful services and fair prices. read more

We had to had some documents notarized and had it done quickly and effiiciently at LA Postal Center. The LA Postal Center is very convenient for us and were very happy with the staff. read more

The folks here are great. I previously had left a review for them that wasn't accurate because USPS lost a very important package. The place is a great one stop shop for notaries, shipping, fingerprinting, live scanning, and passport photos. Thank you for the great work! read more

I came here to complete I-9 for work. My appointment was booked thru a third party vendor, so when I arrived, my time slot was actually double booked with someone else. It wasn't their fault and thankfully the man there helped both of us in a timely fashion. He was really apologetic about the double book and because he was able to help me so efficiently, I almost forgot we were double booked! read more

This is a friendly and well functioning establishment. I got a passport photo taken here and that was super easy and done correctly. I also drop packages here from time to time and they always get handled properly! read more

I came here to get my fingerprints done for a background check. I was worried they wouldn't work because I had been to 2 post offices previously and they couldn't scan my fingerprints for some reason. Jaime was very helpful and he was able to get the fingerprints scanned and sent in, and I got the results shortly afterwards. 10/10 would recommend this place over the post office. read more

I have to say lately I haven't experienced these issues, i attribute it to being near Christmas when post offices everywhere are beyond busy and maybe was to quick to have put it down in writing and have had no problems and am happy with the service since writing the first review read more

I needed to get fingerprinting done and called ahead of time to make sure I didn't need an appointment. He told me to come right in. I was able to get my stuff done and it was reasonable priced. I would highly recommend this place for all your postal needs and fingerprinting. read more

Great place and have good prices, fast service. Recommend to all. Very easy, in and out

Solid 5 stars across the board. When you need live scan or Apostille services. Mind you by the time I arrived here, it was my third visit to a separate scan because they were all so poorly run. Negin was the only one there and she wasn't even responsible for fingerprinting. She was very calm, cool, collect. She explained the process and how long it would take to get everything. Everything she said was on point! I really appreciate the professionalism, and she even replied to my emails 2 to 6 weeks out after the process. She also looked into it, on why it was taking so long. I feel it wasn't about a service but she genuinely cares about her customers. Obviously, she doesn't have control over everything, but just being reliable and affordable. Her prices were the same or slightly better than other places. Don't do the mistake I did, and go here first. They should be able to take care of all your needs. read more

Really love going to LA Postal Center for whenever I need a live scan. I have been here multiple times and the staff is always so friendly, welcoming and professional, even when I forget to make an appointment. On my latest visit they even accepted and did my live scan while they were supposed to be on a lunch break. Overall I would absolutely recommend you go to them for all your work, travel or postal related needs! read more

Very unprofessional. If you sign up for their scanning services they will never do it on time. You would have to call them every day to remind that you need your mail to be scanned and sent to you. I called today to ask if I have any mail. They said yes, but nothing was scanned. I asked them to scan. By the end of the day nothing was sent to me. I had to drive to the mailbox myself to pick it up. When I came to mailbox it was empty. They took my mail, did not return it to mailbox and did not scan it. Because of that I missed several important deadlines to respond to some important mail in the past. If you need good service better to find something else. read more

I used to drive to UPS or a FedEx center to handle my shipping needs. But now that I found this place, I always go here. The courteous staff is always quick and knows which service to recommend. They have saved me a small fortune in shipping costs by recommending the best shipper for what I was shipping. This Christmas I had too many packages to wrap for clients. I just dropped them off and they took care if the rest. Beautifully wrapped packages were finished that afternoon and shipped to my clients. It's their personal service that makes the difference. read more

My favorite postal office. Amazing service. Management. A great local business that everyone should use.

Exceptional service be Negin even though she was the only one running the place. She was patient with every customer and even the fingerprint machine which wasn't working for me due to my sweaty palms! read more

Great customer service. Always trying to get you the best cheapest way to send things. I did get a lost package once but it was not their fault and they did try to follow up with the US post office, with no luck unfortunately. I go here all the time. Its better to go here and support local business owners rather than across the street. read more

These are literally the nicest people that own a business in Sherman Oaks, or anywhere for that matter. The owner and the staff that I have dealt with go above and beyond customer service! For example, they stayed past closing recently to help me package an item for my niece. It was oversize and they cut the box down to make the cost less expensive for me to ship. THANKS! This kindness saved me 50 bucks!!! I will always come here for all my shipping and packaging needs. read more

Great service and easy access on Ventura Blvd. I wasn't expecting to finish that quickly but I had more than enough time left on my parking meter. Very professional and hip apperence makes it kind of a cool place to stop in from time to time to conduct your business. I will recommend this place to my friends. read more

Thank you, guys! One of my offices away from home. I get my scanning, emailing, and documenting done there. Very helpful and quick. Cute gifts and other knick knacks, too. read more

The staff here is AMAZING!!! I was able to process my fingerprinting within 10 minutes! Very professional and communicative!

Super nice and helpful. Cheaper than the UPS store across the street and they have a larger selection of packing materials.

Yes, it was returned 10+ days later with TONS of headaches. I had to then pay MORE $$$ to send it back to the seller AGAIN. All because your employee did not take down the address correctly. They assured me it was handled. Apparently, it was not. Thanks for the response. Might save someone else headaches in the future. :) read more

We run an e-commerce company and have been working with them for years. but it was just today that I realized how professional they are. They went our of their way to ensure my order was shipped properly. Highly recommend to anyone looking to out source their small parcel shipping. read more

I've used many different kinds of places to get my mail delivered to and the LA Postal Center has definately been one of the best. Their system is very easy, picking up mail after hours is simple, the rates are competitive, and most importantly the people who work here (Jamie and Negan) are very nice, informative, and professional. read more

I was recommended to this place by a co-worker, and I will be coming back here for all of my shipments! I thought I may have to wait for a while being that it was 5 days before Christmas, but there was no line and everyone working there was so friendly. They taped up my box for me and I didn't have to fill out any forms myself. Every shipping item needed was available, as well as a great assortment of cards. I was shipping my package to the Netherlands and they were able to make the whole process easy. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, and my info was saved in the computer for future shipments. Talk about an easy mail shipping trip. I will be telling everyone to support this local treasure! read more
