Trust me this company is terrible!!!…read more Outrageously slow and unprofessional, both with processing the cargo and providing any information on the shipping process. I had to fight with them every step of the way - from signing up a contract, to actually getting your cargo delivered. And of course, they made up their own numbers on the actual cargo weight, delayed the shipping with 3 months (this without ever informing me that there is a delay and the cargo has not even left the port of origin!) and found ways to collect extra fees that are not part of the contract. Will never ship with them again!!!!!!!!

Needed to find out the cost of few boxes, fax two important documents, and if they ship things out of country? He said "yes".
