More importantly, they offer very opportune copy services, Notary, mailboxes, FedEx, UPS, USPS (and more). They are filling the gap for many Sherman Oaks/Van Nuys locals' shipping needs (since the former UPS Store, 6311 Van Nuys Blvd) is now permanently closed). I didn't provide 5-stars because I was sur-charged 50¢ to leave a USPS item with their outgoing USPS mail ...?! (5x7 padded mailer with the pre-paid return shipping label already attached). I'm not crazy about that policy. It would be one thing if they were printing a label, providing packaging and bubble wrap, and/or affixing the label, but since they didn't do any of the above, I think it's teetering close to price-gauging (unreasonable, at the very least). USPS delivers mail to 6221 Van Nuys Blvd. (and picks up outgoing mail) for free. I think the surcharge for leaving a piece of outgoing mail with them is unwarranted and lame.

This was such a bummer. We needed a mobile notary service, called and was told to text the number…read moremy info. We texted around 8am with our details and requested "this evening at 7:30pm". and I was told I was "confirmed". I told her we had pets and to let me know if I should put them away, she said "we love animals!" So far, so good. We scheduled dinner so that we'd be done right at 7:30. By 7:44, no one had showed up. I texted to ask if they were still coming, no response. It's now almost 8:30pm and they still haven't responded. It's wild that of all services, a mobile notary would completely ghost you. These are time sensitive documents and I'm just really disappointed in this company. Will not be using again. Amended. Rachel reached out to remedy the situation and went above and beyond to fix it. Had to amend this a second time. We rescheduled to the next day and we got ghosted again. I just can't rightly give this place a positive review, and would hate for others to get caught up in the mix of her scheduling woes. Need to warn people off of this company.
