I questioned Robert about this necessity, who said his signature would suffice. The documents were not accepted and returned to me due to No Witnesses!!! Robert's loud and argumentative explanation, "I don't care! They don't require signatures!" And response when I asked him to lower his voice was, "I could hang up on you!" Robert could do whatever Robert wants, just not to me, and I hope not to you, either!
