I didn't provide 5-stars because I was sur-charged 50¢ to leave a USPS item with their outgoing USPS mail ...?! (5x7 padded mailer with the pre-paid return shipping label already attached). I'm not crazy about that policy. It would be one thing if they were printing a label, providing packaging and bubble wrap, and/or affixing the label, but since they didn't do any of the above, I think it's teetering close to price-gauging (unreasonable, at the very least).
