I have the text between us and never did I reschedule anything. She just blames and doesn't take responsibility. I don't like dealing with people like that. No thanks. Weird when you're giving someone $700 for less than an hour worth of work you'd think they treat you with some respect. And if she's referring to times I had to reschedule: If you have an issue with people not showing up or rescheduling their appts then maybe you should put a policy in place to prevent that or penalize people. The manager is always "busy" or "out". So we have a package that was handled incorrectly, never delivered, and we are still out over $50 for the shipment.
