He made sure every one of our questions and concerns was fully addressed before we left. What stood out just as much was how seamlessly Ghazi transitioned to assisting the other customers waiting behind us, showing them the same patience, diligence, and professionalism he had shown my parents and myself. My go to spot for approved UPS drop-off/shipment returns and notary services (recommend making an appointment for notary services to ensure there is a notary available for you on site and as they can get busy with that service). Sometimes I think I'll just go stop in and say hello cause they're so darn nice there. Whenever I need to mail something, I'm so glad they're not that far away, because even if they were further, I would search them out! Extremely unprofessional experience with the notary services at this location. GHAZI JAMSHED the notary refused to assist and notarize a document. When we asked for his official notary information so we could document the interaction, he literally pulled down his notary license and refused to provide it. As a public officer, hiding your credentials from a customer is completely unacceptable and a massive red flag. We left with an un-notarized document and a horrible customer service experience. We will be filing a formal complaint regarding his behavior and refusal to provide his license information directly with the California Secretary of State. this is the worst ups store ever. the manager is unbelievably rude. i went in to get something printed out and the female employee couldn't figure out how to print it out. meanwhile the woman behind me in line got her picture printed. the man with the white hair told his employee "it's not worth it to help her move on to the next customer" meanwhile i waited in line behind 7 people before i got helped. i was never rude i was very patient. this man wanted to go home and didn't want to help his employee figure out why she couldn't print my attachment.when i asked for his name he said "im the stupid guy" i couldn't believe the way he was treating me or speaking to me especially infront of other customers. i used to be a regular at this ups but i'll go out of my way to go to another location. i wish i could give 0 stars. i do not recommend this ups store for any thing. terribly slow service and terrible customer service. never again returning to this location although the female employees are very nice, he was so rude. i'm still shocked at how he spoke and yelled at me, posting his photo so management (it's probably him tbh) can look into the matter and possibly give this man some NEEDED training in customer service!!!!!! read more

They wouldn't send out my package and they attempted to charge $5 for one piece of tape. I've never heard of that before. I've never had an ups return store try and charge for a piece of tape. I have been using this place for Notary, shipping, printing and Amazon returns, and I honestly do not understand some of the negative reviews. The service has always been very good and professional whenever I visit. Yes, there may be small charges for printing, tape, or packaging supplies, but that's completely reasonable. Toner, paper, and materials are expensive, and businesses cannot provide everything for free. I have always paid for the services I used and never had any issue. The staff has always greeted and treated me respectfully and helped me quickly. I appreciate having a reliable local business like this in the area. read more

My Mom sent a package to this location in March 2026 for pick up, it was not mentioned to her that I wouldn't be able to pick it up without renting a box. They accepted the package, but when I went to pick it up I was told there was no record of it. Even when I showed them the UPS app that said it was delivered and it was signed for. The employee that accepted the package was quiet, then spoke up and said that she sent it back on the truck. I asked her why she didn't call me, my phone number was listed on the package. She said it was illegal for them to accept a package for anyone without a box. I said ok, that's weird. It sounds scammy. It gets even worse, my package was NOT sent back to my Mom, it disappeared and UPS's story keeps changing. First it was it would be sent back, then it was it was send to the fraud department and now they say it was delivered to the wrong address. SHAMEFUL. I will NEVER do business with them again. And I have told EVERYONE what happened. No integrity, shady, thieves that don't take accountability. My Mom has asked for an internal investigation. read more

1. The delivery man never attempted to knock or press Ring bell and decided to bring package back to UPS store and refused to redeliver. Made me have to come pick it up myself. 2. Had another package and asked for the cheapest method to ship and told him value was under $30. He asked if i wanted to insure it which costs more than the item being shipped. Then says cheapest will be $96 dollars. Can't make this crap up. Very sad. read more

I've tried to give this place a chance after chance, but they truly do not appreciate customers that are locally in the area. Each UPS store is privately owned and I try to pick the one that's closest to me but on multiple occasions and I do mean multiple there is always Something that hinders them from helping me. They are always pretending the system doesn't work, the printer is down, one day their Wi-Fi was down and they weren't able to do anything. They always get extremely annoyed with Amazon returns even though I have everything ready to go and they are an option on Amazon.... I've gotten so much attitude for no reason from employees that don't want to do their job especially the young kids they huff and puff when they see that I have any type of Amazon return. And lastly, the owner, an older guy saw me parked in the public parking lot. That is not just his And asked me if I was coming into the store because if not, I needed to move. Completely unprofessional there's about 10 other businesses in this shopping center. I realized late in the day that I needed to print something out as soon as possible for a flight the next morning and I called the store who let me know they just need me to email the pdf, no need for a USB stick.
